This Homestay not near kurson Rail station. We are staying 2 days ( 05/05/2025 to 06/05/2025) at ground floor two room . Room is net and clean but one room is very bed smell & toilet water constantly dropped down . Food quality avarage, quantity not sufficient as well as rate. Host saraswati madam be professional. Our booking room not be provided due to maintenance causes, but next day this room stay another person.So please book advance money,not to paid full From Ground floor room not visible out side seen.Near not any Market to get any type of food , tea coffee. Total Avarage.

Pathetic experience. Unclean room and washroom. Damp floor. Had to carry own luggage to the room. No food available. Asked to place order at grub's kitchen. I placed the order at 3. 14pm and my order was delivered almost 1 and a half hours later. I booked for two nights stay with my mom but so terrible was our experience that after spending one night only we left the place. The only gud thing was the owner's behaviour was good. Will never recommend this place to anyone

All though view of the hills is magnificent but song-den is not a good place to stay due to the following reason:no wifi, child's meal is unavailable, no drinking water facility, no home made food available, food can only be ordered from nearby restaurant, extra quilt and pillow is made available only at night, rooms are infested by ants and spiders. Care take is unaware of the bookings. Rooms are untidy and no attached bath.

Property was neat and clean. One can take a walk to have a beautiful view around. Rooms had beautiful mountain view. Host was very familiar, informative and generous. She arranged cabs for darjeeling for us. Will like to visit again.

Initially our room was booked from mm t but after reaching we heard that homestay is closed due to renovation but the owner of the homestay was very kind and helped us with her personal room to stay in that night. We were really grateful to madam for letting us stay that night and food quality was good and ambience and views are excellent
