South Avenue

We travel-led as a group of 11 people and booked 5 premium rooms. The property is located in a very clean and nice area. Chap-pan dukaan is a 10 min walk and railway station is also a short distance away. Some of the premium rooms were spacious. Interiors were of a good quality. However, the bedsheets cleanliness should be improved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We had breakfast at the South Avenue. The food quality was good, however the food options at the breakfast buffet were limited (poha, dosa, uttapam, egg dishes, puri-sabzi, 2-3 fruits, tea/coffee/milk items, and one or two more items. However for the money that you pay, you cannot expect a lot of options in the breakfast buffett. We also ordered food a-la-carte. The food quality was decent however, it was a little bit on the expensive side. The only thing that can be improved is the check-in process. We booked the South Avenue mostly because it offered a check-in time of 10 am. We reached the South Avenue at c. 10:10 am however 4/5 of our pre-booked rooms were not available until 10:30 am - 10:45 am. While the delay is not material, but if the South Avenue should adhere to the check-in times advertised on this portal. If they feel that the gap between the check-out time and the check-in time of 1 hour is low, they should delay the check-in time to may 11:00 am. Overall a value for money, nice location, good food.

It was good and comfortable will definitely going to consider it again for my next trip. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. Environment was cozy, i like my experience living here. All the amenities were provided as mentioned, room service was available 24/7 location of the South Avenue was also good as it was the centre of the city food was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

South Avenue is in a relative quiet part of South Tukogunj area, but still within walking distance of food and shopping. The South Avenue staff is responsive and helpful. The in room facilities are standard and the rooms are well designed and spacious. We would recommend this place. It's value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at south avenue and felt relaxed throughout my stay with quick service, tasty food available in house and the politeness of the staff. They maintain a good benchmark of cleanliness, hospitality and ambience. Would chose the same place if i get to come to indore again.

I really had good time during my stay in South Avenue south avenue. Cleanliness, responsiveness & hospitality is really remarkable. Housekeeping is one deptt where some improvement can be done. In brief its value for money South Avenue. On lighter side jalebis were missing in breakfast

Great experience. Couldn't expect more. The food, service, staff behavior, location of the South Avenue. Every thing was fabulous. Considering we were family, they even upgraded to the super deluxe room without we requesting for it. If you are in Indore, this is the place to stay.

I had stayed for 3 nights with my small kids, the staff is really polite and very helpful. Most of the tourist attractions are within a radius of 5 km. Beddings and rooms were clean. Fast room service. Delicious food (but bit costly). Strongly recommend for families to stay.

The location of South Avenue is excellent. The staff is highly supportive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Check in and check out procedure was smooth. They arranged a cab for my sightseeing even on short notice. Breakfast needs improvement in variety.
