  The host was very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. They were always available on phone and ensured good two-way communication throughout the stay. They went beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. They were flexible with the check-in timing and took care of everything for the guests. The host was professional, prompt, and polite.

  The property was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. However, some guests encountered dirty linen and towels. The sofa curtains in the living room needed a change, and the refrigerator was too dirty to use. The floor had dust all over and wasn't mopped prior to check-in.
