Location The property offers traditional wooden rooms with Kerala style architecture and modern rooms as well. Cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms needs improvement. Cleanliness Food is arranged on request and is homely and delicious. Food & Dining The property has a medium-sized swimming pool with a separate kids pool. Other amenities include a lawn, outdoor dining area, and a watchtower type tree house. Amenities The staff is friendly and hospitable, with special mention to the caretaker Eldhose. Staff Overall, a good place for family get-togethers and small parties.

  The property's cleanliness was below average, with spider webs, dust, and unclean sheets in some rooms. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and some rooms had a bad odor. The pool was not well-maintained, and the water quality was average. The property needs proper maintenance and cleaning to improve the overall experience.

• Food & Dining

  The food served at the property was homely, delicious, and made to order. However, the variety of vegetarian food was limited. The property does not have a restaurant, and food has to be ordered in advance. The service was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

• Amenities

  The property has a good swimming pool, including a kids' pool, and a lawn party area. The rooms are traditional wooden rooms with AC, and some have a great view. However, some amenities, such as the treehouse and watchtower, were dirty and unusable. The property needs to improve the maintenance of its amenities.
