Good stay at this price, location is also good on the main bypass the only problem was they didn't receive booking details on time as I booked on the spot at reception.

The experience was very bad during the whole stay like washroom jet and kettle was not working and on complaining they did not even respond.so at last after more than an hour i went to their reception just let them know about the issues still no solution and even they were trying to dergrade my room.it feels that like i was staying there for free that why nobody was listening . It was very pathetic experienced

The hotel is a very nice hotel and hotel is in very good location near at Pilibhit road and near to hotel a joggers park. Food is delicious and facilities and services are really good. Premises is neat, clean and very nice for a comfortable stay

Extremely disrespectful staff, they behave like goons and have no sense of hospitality. Will start heckling for no reason just for you to cough up some extra cash.

Not very pleasant stay because in hotel construction is going on and very noisy food and service is average

The resort is good. The staff are polite and services rendered are good. Currently a lot of construction activities are going on on site, which makes movement inside the property very unsafe. Rooms seem not used and there is a lot of dust and a humid smell available. Food is good. Connectivity is also good.

Good experience, All the things including Staff behaviour was good, but I felt that food quality/ taste was average only. Car Parking also available

old rooms were offered. instead of dulex rooms were offered substandard old rooms. The receptionist was not well behaved.

Every thing is nice only problem is power cut and the behaviour of cleaning staff is to bad just like unprofessional

That is actually a resort not a hotel to stay and all their services are at that level only. No services and no food quality at all
