no light no water no facilities oyo book sigle bed i am 3 person i don't no why like this i pay 1400 extra for another room not good

1. Very poor response. 2. Room is very dirty. 3. Photo is different from room alloted. 4. He is not interested to give rooms booked.

They didn't allow early chekin so i had to face problem. If you are not allowing early check-in then do mention it in the page only. The front desk employee was even not cooperative. I tried to explain my problem but he didn't listen. I got an alternative hotel from make my trip but the other hotelier also charged some extra hefty amount. They didn't have wifi facility which they mentioned in the page. They even didn't provide soap and some basic aminities.

Only one single bed in a very small room. Even can't even open the doors properly as the bed is touching the doors. No ventilation at all.

They intentionally listed hotel prices low on mm t and when you reach the hotel, they will make you cancel the booking online. Charge you twice the amount. Hotel is very unhygienic and so the receptionist.

The hotel owner refused to do check in saying the room we have booked is not available and we don’t accept bookings from mmt. He was shouting on us for no reason and when i tried contacting mm t customer care, that’s when he gave us a room. The room was so small that we can’t even stand properly. Windows were facing drainage area. Power went out in the middle of night. Horrible stay.
