The property is nice but remotely located.

It is not easy to access, food is not available in nearby locations, filtered drinking water is not available, and you have to drink tap water. Rest everything is fine.

Good property

Pros: good value for money, little secluded and far from main city so may seem insecure but is an overall safe property. Caretaker is very friendly and helps a lot with the arrangements and travel site seeing planning. Host is a nice lady. The property is a very new addition started only few months back so very clean and higinic. Has gyaer in bath so nice, cons: far from city, if kitchen would have had gas stove or if food was offered to the stay it would have been awesome as everything closed by 8pm in shillong. Bathroom needs some minor repair with water outlet otherwise was very neat and clean. Overall a good property one can definitely consider if you are on a budget, be prepared to cook your own food.
