Old building, pathetic environment around building washrooms are worst it's really horrible to stay here don't go for it

Property is located on a drainage. There are no cots, beds are placed on cement slabs. These beds have bed bugs and were damp and stinky. Washroom was very tiny, unable to sit in commode, it was filthy and stinky with lots of mosquitoes and flies. They didn’t give soap, paste, towel. Everything in room was broken. Ceiling, fan, lights, doors. Pigs were roaming at the entrance eating shit and drainage nearby. Host was arrogant, money minded and not helpful in any matter. Kindly delete this property from your profile. My brother is ill after staying in this property with severe health problems.

The property is behind the KSRTC bus stand, and about 1 km from the main temple area. Nobody knows about the address and location this property, either the rickshaw drivers or the taxi drivers. It is located in a narrow street inside a village like atmosphere without proper roads and approachable surroundings. The rooms are far below the expectations, not even general standards, dirty and ill maintained rooms and bathroom/toilet. No a proper care taker and ill equipped. It doesn't even fit for classifying as a home stay. It is not even worth half the tariff amount charged. There are no proper transport facilities available, we had to Trek to and fro to visit the temple and the main area, in the scorching heat. I humbly request to return our money. Exhorbitant cost and no facility of sorts, even toiletries and water bottle are meagre and only on demand. We booked AC room but AC room doesn't exist at all. The whole sleepless night had to be spent with a noisy fan running with a creeking noise. TV is not running and Wifi provided after demanding which was of no use. We had to squat in the roadside after coming back from our visit as the gates were closed and locked because the caretaker had locked the gates and gone somewhere. The running and managing of the place was very unprofessional and casual. I feel very upset and uncomfortable for having booked such a place

The location is little far away from the raghavendra temple and no auto man in the local area itself is not familiar with the residence name. We have to search a long before finding out the location. And neatness also is very bad.

Hotel is far from mantralaya and not good for family to stay. Room wad not clean and filled with ants, not sure why makemytrip such sites suggests and gives its user to book such qualityless hotel, next time need to choose a wise booking sites

Such a disgusting place , very bad feeling , no proper maintenance, no proper bed , fan and mainly mosquitoes! Omg , I seriously don’t knw who gave the license for this such a underrated lodge, pls i highly recommend not to visit this place , and one more point There’s no one to take care of the property tooo !They have simply named it as ac/non ac but there’s not even a proper fan 😡

No proper parking for car; room hygiene is very bad; surroundings is not at all good; asked to checkout early

Not a good hotel to stay it is some where inside the residential area. Rooms and bathrooms are very small and congested.

Normal stay not too good, i booked, when i reach manager said single person not allowed here you need to cancel i will refund like this manager said, while i booed i clearly mention 1 adult, after long discussion they given room. I hope demand is high they think utilize more cost

The worst possible experience. Sr recidency is not meant for families or bachelors, it's main purpose is to be let out on hourly basis.

This was my worst stay of my life. Even for bathing, hot water is changed extra, facility is in a remote place

Not value for money, charges per day is very high compared to the cleanliness of the room not recommended to stay here

I am very happy because I got a 24 hours room for less than 1500, previously when I came to Mantralayam they private lodges charged for 24 hours.The lodge is in a residential area so families have full security.Although the temple is 500 meters from the lodge, it takes ten minutes to reach the temple by walking.All the facilities are arranged in the lodge hot water Tv Wifi we didn't feel any problem.Thank you Make My Trip&SR Residency.

putting extra charges during booking 800 rs×2 = 1600 Rs room they have charged RS worst room they have provided, in helpline also no body picking phone cleaning charges, also putting but room is not cleaned at all. we got cleaned the room after giving them money 750 Rs extra worst experience I have ever had property location also shows wrong on GPS, got location after calling them. SR Residency not have parking facility. everywhere painting smell is coming. no proper road is connected to SR Residency only bike can go there car is not possible to go there. cow dung smell is overall the area. please don't book in SR Residency, don't waste your hard earned money.

Approach road was too dirty, no tv, no food service, room was clean, inst-an geyser are good, feel little high price

It is suitable for budget families, there is no problem for those who have a bike&cars, it is situated behind the bus stand, which is 500 meters away from the temple. Especially it is very peaceful even though the road is a bit ordinary the rooms are very good the bathrooms are also well maintained wifi tv everything is good. 24 by 7 hot water available which is really useful in this winter.

Room was not able to stay. Room is very tiny and compact. But rivera inn hotel is nice
