The stay was great specially the hospitality extended by the owner Mr.Arun. The property is new with nicely done compact rooms and idle location. The staff needs a mention , always helpful. Only one thing needs to be improved is the restaurant and the food quality which on discussion with Mr.Arun will be worked on , limitation due to staff retention. But overall what matters is cleanliness/ safety/ hospitality./ location close to the water fall.

First of all, this is a premium lodging facility, not a resort. Pros: 1. New property. So, rooms and all related facilities are fresh and their cleanliness is awesome. 2. Staffs are very much courteous. 3. They prepare and serve food based on our requirement even though the menu is very limited. 4. Elevator is available. 5. Towels and soaps are provided. Cons: 1. It is almost 1 km from the athirapally waterfalls. 2. Name of the property is confusing as they brand it as resort even though it is a premium lodging facility.

Nice server and hospitality is best too. The location is close to athirappilly waterfall and it best experience to stay there and room neet and clean. Also with reasonable price they give food also that too homely type
