It was a great stay. The receptionist and other staffs were very kind and helpful. The size of room was also good with good hygiene. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel and rooms smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. Disaster stay not worth the single penny for that price range. Plenty other options available in vellore

The manager was very courteous and helpful in attending to our requirements.

All good locations and a well maintained hotel but food and restaurants are not available we need to find nearby hotels

1. Room quality is very good 2. Amenities like tv, airconditioner & geyser inside the room is fully functional & was operating well 3. Hygiene. The housekeeping staff are courteous & maintain the property in good hygienic condition. 4. Safety. The hotel premises is quite safe, though it is located a little inside a lane, around 250 mtrs. From the main road. Day time & evenings are fine. The approach road is dark & without adequate street lights at night though. 5. Food : they do not have kitchen service for guests, so guests have to rely on swiggy or zomato or other food delivery options. Here, i will certainly mention that i requested for some tea & immediately they provided us, without any additional charges. Amazing ! 6. Staff : very sweet and hospitable staff at the reception and overall courteous support staff in this property. I would certainly recommend families to stay with them, going by our experience

Location is very good near to vita institute. Rooms are ok with ac but no room service & no hotel restaurant.

Location is very good, without any noise pollution. Food is not available. Amenities are almost in line with the room rent. They should have provided a bigger soap for bath. Rooms are big

Close proximity to all the local attractions and vita institute. Does not have a restaurant but neat, clean and friendly.

Hotel was nice and rooms are clean and spacious. Surrounding is peaceful and location is on main road. Great stay. Staff is also courteous. Love to visit again.

I stayed there 2days and 2nights. They arranged a auto to pick me up from railstation at 3. 30am. Their service is really good.

Very honest person with very gentle behaviour

There was intercom hence not possible to order anything, called up reception landline to order coffee, it was horrible
