Sri Sai Sadan

The location of this property is just 5 mins walking to Prashanthi Nilayam. Also, very close other attractions like Venugopala Swamy Temple, Hanuman Temple, Sai Baba's Birthplace, etc. Food is good and very amicable and friendly staffs. We stayed in a 2BHK family room, and it's very spacious for 4 people. One feedback is that they have to fix the switches and plug points... but basic things were in working condition.

It is a very good place to stay with family. Food is descent as well. The staff is very helpful too.

Rooms are ok washroom neatness is fine but not many breakfast options

The ac did not do cooling. Also the mattress provided was of worst quality. Did not get sleep at all

Sri sai sadan is such a welcoming guest house with warm and hospitable staff. It's clean and is situated near prashanth nilayam which makes it easy to visit mandir whenever you feel like. It was a good experience overall.

I called the hotel up, a day prior to my check in and then said booking is not confirmed. They basically wanted to sell my room for higher price as it was peak hours due to baba’s birthday. Thankfully mm t helped resolve the matter. The hotel rooms were average, but general tendency of the staff was to say no to everything. You would need to persuade them to get a yes. The restaurant and food were the only saving grace.

Management is totally worst here, they do not know how to talk with the customers. If we are booking online and going to this hotel, then they don't even care you. It is very far from Prashanthi Nilayam and it is very difficult for old people to walk the distance. They charge you a lot for food when compared to outside. They don't even provide a water bottle.

Hotel and staff were excellent for the type of hotel. It is a clean, orderly hotel with nice food at restaurant. If you say 'no spices/hot', they really make it that way unlike many frustrating restaurants elsewhere.

Hotel rooms were clean and tide. Rooms were spacious also. Hotel is very near to bus stand and other visiting sites in Puttaparthy. Staff people were also good. Though basic amenities like water bottle is not included in rent, you have to get it on your own. Restaurant food is also decent not that great.
