Unprofessional stupids at wor

Trouble 1 - I received a call from the staff and they told me that the room I booked is not available at the moment and they asked me to shift in another room (that room was cheaper than the room I booked), but I denied their unprofessional demand/request. Trouble 2 - I was given a late check in, room was not ready until 5 pm Trouble 3 - Wifi was not working, I called them multiple times but they told me to wait at first and later they denied the wifi service straight away Trouble 4 - Kitchen utensils like spoons, forks, knife, etc were not available, one of the staff persons even argued that a kitchen knife is not a utensil used in the kitchen, I mean how stupid can you be. In order to provide these kitchen utensils they made us wait for more than 2 hours. Worst experience ever, I wasted my money but please you don't.

One time booked. Too costly

Geyser not working, toilet hand-jet free, no proper cleaning. Amenities are not there as mentioned. Not good experience
