Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey

I have stayed in lake palace alleppey for 1 day with my husband and young kid and can't forget the lovely experience. Experience of life time the resort offered to me. Even my little kid just have so much of lovely memories of resort and people who take care of it. I wish i would have booked it for a long time. It's a beautiful resort kid friendly with many activities for all age group, boat ride classical dance cycling. Fishing. My husband got fever and the person incharge of cart picked him many times from the room to restaurant even that too with the smile. Mr aju thomas. The food is so amazing kid friendly buffet option and otherwise as well chef shreekant and izhar at restaurant just gave us a feeling of home rashmi at reception sent the golf cart to jetty area to pick us up they have reasonable shikara ride at 2500 which we got at 6000 outside. The classical dance touched the soul small battery car and the staff handling it take care of even baby. We stayed in suits and the balcony view was breath taking. It's simply a paradise. The rooms have all facilities and very comfortable. They accommodated the driver as well. The ayruvedic massage is also very affordable the property is beautiful vast and the best part is truly kid friendly, they do everything with a big simple and so much love. They are available at every step. Its my first stay at sterling and with this experience i will definitely go with sterling in future.

Had a great stay at sterling in alleppey, the resort is a wonderful weekend getaway from kochi (less than 2 hr drive from kochi airport. The resort itself is located strategically at the scenic confluence of vembanad lake, and it's magnificently spread across a large area. The rooms are wonderful, and are right on the lake. The rooms were clean. Had all the basic amenities, but are a few area of improvements - like washroom fittings, wifi connectivity etc. The buffet spread was good, limited spread but everything was of good quality and taste was good. There is still however some room for improvement on the food front as well. The sunset cruise was the highlight, and the best part is that it is complementary. The Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey staff was very helpful and were always available for assistance.

Loved how the Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey staff made efforts to create a unique experience for their guests. Fun activities, complimentary sunset cruise, and the cultural program were delights during our stay. Those looking for a complete alleppey experience must spend a day here. They have luxury cruises to choose from, however, if you're not a fan, or have been overwhelmed with the choice paralysis of houseboats the town has to offer, the 1 hr ride is worth the experience ) the property is large enough for morning or evening strolls, beautiful with the water body around, neatly maintained.

An excellent place to chill by the lake side. There is a complimentary sunset cruise that is provided which was very good. There are also other complementary recreational activities like poolside fishing, pedal boating, archery, etc. We were also entertained by a performance of mohiniyattam in the evening. The entire property is well maintained and the service was excellent throughout. The food was delicious with multiple cuisines being offered. We had free breakfast and opted for a buffet dinner. The price for dinner was slightly on the higher side, but it was a good experience nevertheless.

We stayed 1st Nov to 4th Nov in a heritage cottage which was artificial lake view .Beautiful resort with a heavenly view of backwaters from reception and dining area.Other rooms also available with backwaters facing.Staff members nature was amazing like family, they always welcoming with smiling faces.We asked for decoration to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday and team surprise us with awesome decoration.highly recommend.they offered complementary sunset ,indoor and outdoor games also.overall this is the best vacation of the year 2023.lots of love 💗 to the team .

The property's location was good and closer to the central place. Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices with good taste. A lot of options were available for dinner. It tasted great and were served within 30 minutes of ordering. Rooms were clean and spacious but we saw few lizards. Room service is not upto the mark. They respond only after 2 or 3 calls and take time. The complimentary sunset cruise as well as the evening snack was enjoyable. Swimming pool was clean and good. Overall it was a good and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay in alleppey. The resort is beautiful with a lovely swimming pool. We stayed in a room that was over the water so was an amazing feeling. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent and had great variety. The only drawback is the gym which has very old equipment and the recreation room which could be better. Have seen resorts with better facilities. The last highlight was the complementary sunset cruise in the backwaters which was worth it.

The location is serene…the cottages are located right beside the lake…the resort provides a complimentary boat ride in the evening…u can also opt to pay n get a private boat ride..the food is good…the breakfast was nice…service can be a bit better but overall it was a good experience…wud definitely recommend it

This resort will be good choice for couples and families. They are many complimentary activities as well as paid services. A complementary boating will be provided to all guests evening time and a good swimming pool with well treated surroundings.

We have found this excellent Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey aftwr lot of web research, and it is worth it. This is one of the most beautiful places to stay in alleppey. Room, food, location all is almost perfect. It is better stay than houseboat. Either you are on honeymoon or business trip or family vacation, you will love this place. I will definitely come again.

All the things of allepy, back waters ride, cruise, breakfast, entertainment games are covered. It's like staying in backwaters. Worth staying 2 nights. Five star property.

Full lake view and excellent service with awesome food rooms are so big and clean with additional amenities. MUST STAY.

It is an exotic place with a beautiful scenic background. Nice atmosphere. Courteous staff. Lovely, authentic and extremely tasty food.

Very good location and resort is very big and beautiful. We got heritage rooms which were little more than average quality. Staff was very good. It has good faculties like pool, games etc there was a wonderful dance performance by an artist in recreation room. Resort looks so good at night time also
