Sterling Ooty Fern Hill

We have been to sterling ooty (fern hill) in jun e 2024, very nice weather. Max temperature remained 20 degree celsius and minimum around 13 degree. After 2 pm there are chances of rain, and we had amazing time positive about sterling fern hill resort: - situated on top of fern hill, so great view - big parking area - room was spacious with 2 balcony and 1 terris - property is big and ample space to roam around within property - neat and clean - many activities like pool, table tennis, carom, vr games etc - also keep organising some activities like dj etc negative side, need improvement; - food is very tasty and options are there, but more or less same menu each day so this becomes boring since we stayed for 6 days - outdoor activity is there (zip line) but that is not working, and they always say it’s under maintenance (but not seen anyone doing maintenance any day) - bathroom size is very small, like 4x6 feet only staff; - very courteous staff and helpful - chiefs are good, since nice tasty food overall a great property of sterling and worth staying.

We had the best stay in sterling ooty. The room was very nice and clean. A special shout out and appreciation for jay a who helped us alot during our stay and she made sure we get the best moments during our holiday. Overall the staff is very friendly and the vibe is very homely. Food was very good and they made healthy food for us on our request. They property is very well located and very well maintained.

Really nice Sterling Ooty Fern Hill with amazing views from every corner plus the room was great and cozy, just like you’d want it to be in a cold place like Ooty. Food tastes good but items are less in the buffet, would be great if they can throw in some few more items. Also they should find a solution to the septic tank stench on the outside.

Front desk mukesh kumar, ritesh chauhan and jay a were very helpful, mukesh even recommended few very good places to visit being a localite. I would recommend the housekeeping department to work towards cleaning a bit more, as there was dust on my bed and also the pillow covers were torn. Overall my experience was very nice.

Overall it was a great experience at this resort. Food, ambience location, are excellent. Specially we were attended by a staff names jay a she was very cooperative and polite for us. All our needs were fulfilled by the staff jaya. 5 star for her. One more person named subrata from housekeeping staff was very nice.

The sterling fern hill provided a cozy stay in middle of ooty hills. The staff behaviour was very professional. Supported any needs and queries with ease. The room was clean and well maintained. Only a small issue was with some washroom fittings, but nothing major. Had a very happy stay and hope to return soon

I had a wonderful stay at this Sterling Ooty Fern Hill, polite staff, cleanliness at its best, good parking facility, i was not ok with the room location, so they were polite enough to show and change the room, food taste is not at its best. Desserts are very, very sweet. 5 on 5 in all other departments.

Location and view are very good. Resort layout and particularly the suit rooms have good layout. Services are very good specially due to the very sincere efforts made by the whole service team starting from sudhir singh of housekeeping to mr belwal and anoop singh of restaurant to jay a from front desk.

Very good experience especially thanks ms.Jaya. she is made our stay comfortable.👍

Property location is nice, food and other amenities are also nice. They also have activities inside the priority to enjoy. Will recommend to all.

It is one of the most beautiful properties that i've stayed in. We'll maintained with spacious rooms, amazing view and very courteous staff. Food was also great with a variety of options in the breakfast menu. Definitely coming back to this breathtaking property.

Sterling fern hill is a very nice resort. The people who work there are really nice and helpful. They take good care of you. The breakfast and food are yummy. I liked my stay a lot and will come back again. This Sterling Ooty Fern Hill is great!
