The location was very convenient. It’s near the Surendra Institute. So the people looking for a place to stay when you’re giving some government exams can stay here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sukun Homestay. The property was nothing like the pictures shown online. The room was extremely small, had severe seepage issues, and lacked basic amenities — no TV, poor ventilation, and barely any space to move around. What made it worse was the rude behavior of the staff, which added to the overall discomfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming stay.

The bed was very hard and face difficulty while sleeping, the bathroom and the room was small. For any working person it's ok.

This hotel was a major disappointment with incredibly poor room conditions and shockingly bad hospitality. The rooms were visibly dirty, with worn-out furniture, stained bedding, and malfunctioning amenities. Making for a very unpleasant stay. Avoid this place unless you are looking for a truly subpar experience. It was very difficult to find out the hotel, it's board was not visible.

i would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at sukun guest house for providing me with one of the most delightful and memorable stays i’ve ever experienced. from the moment i walked into the stunningly decorated lobby,..... i felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. every interaction with your staff was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, which truly set the tone for my visit. the check-in process was seamless, and i was delighted to find my room meticulously prepared with thoughtful details that exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness, comfort, and ambiance of the room were extraordinary it was evident that a great deal of effort had gone into ensuring every guest feels at home. what stood out the most, however, was the personalized service i received during my stay. the staff anticipated my needs with such attentiveness, making me feel like a valued guest throughout. whether it was the concierge assisting me with local recommendations or the housekeeping team going above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, each gesture demonstrated a level of care that is truly rare. i cannot praise the dining experience enough – the food was not only delicious but presented beautifully, and the staff at the restaurant made every meal feel special with their courteous demeanor and attention to detail. this stay was not just a vacation – it was a series of beautiful moments, and i am so grateful for the memories i was able to create here. i will wholeheartedly recommend thishotel to friends, family, and anyone looking for a truly exceptional place to stay.... thank you for going above and beyond to make my visit so special. i am already looking forward to my next stay and will cherish the warmth and care i experienced at your property until then !!!!😊

Although the room was pretty small yet the experience was good. The hotel staffs were really friendly and helping. Food was also decent. Wont say too yummy but enough to feed your stomach. I stayed for 2 extra days and they reduced my amount little bit which was a kind gesture from the hotel staff.

Room was good, washroom was good, staffs was good, need improvment in fooding options like only some specific meals are available but there was many fooding options mentioned in the menu card.

We booked the hotel after looking at the pictures of the room. After reaching the hotel me and my wife had to wait for 20-30 mins as the room was not yet ready. The hotel authority was not aware enough about our booking, nor bothered to call us before our arrival. We were surprised to see the room that was allocated to us. It was in such a pathetic conditon. It was nothing like as shown. We were quiet misled and taken aback by the situation. The room had only a bed with a hard mattress and stained pillow covers. No tv or intercom system were provided. Both the floor and bathroom floor were not clean at all. Bathroom had half broken basin poorly maintained toilet seat. Even public toilets has better toilets than this. Also there's lack of privacy in the room as above the door there was a huge skylight that can't be closed. We spent the night in quite uncomfortable situation. Also there was a window that's blocked with cement walls. Overall it was a terrible staying experience. Talking about food, when i asked the hotel if they have anything in lunch, they advised me to order through zomato as they do not have any arrangements. We decided to have our dinner outside as well. In breakfast we ordered scrambled egg, egg sandwich and tea. The foods were overpriced and of bad quality. You can find that out from the pictures. We don't know how, with this facility they manage to stay on a prestigious. It's not at all a pleasant experience for me.

I am very happy with sukun guest house. they were very kind and sweet. chicken chowmin was amazing. I feel Rice is ok type. overall It was a great place to stay. staff are so elegant talking sweetly.

Overall my stay was good. Stuff behaviour is very good, food is cheap and very good, room was clean. Overall worth of money in this budget.

Staff is friendly, food is fresh and price is decent, rooms are decent but could use some furnishing such as painting and plaster work. Would suggest to place a waste basket in rooms. Or else everything is good.

I would say the hospitality is good, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. I would like to share a few feedback - 1) toilet hand flash is not working well need to replace new one. 2) bedsheet and blanket need to improve. Thank you. Regards kodu kona simieon
