Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall

Well maintained very spacious rooms with large beds. Generally very prompt service. Courteous and helpful behaviour from staffs and managers. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from the darjeeling mall, 5 minutes walk from the train station and situated within a small shopping mall where you can get most of your urgent needs. Beautiful view of kanchenjangha from the rooms. Special mention must go to the restaurant which not only serves very tasty food but also caters to customisations requested by guests.

It was really extremely nice & comfortable stay for 3 nights at the Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. All the staffs were cordial. Rooms were big & with beautiful view of the valley with kanchanjungha. Onlyslight issue i faced is with the sleepery flooring of the bathrooms. Once they get wet it becomes really nasty. Urge the authorities to take notice & do the needfull. Breakfast spread was in plenty & tasteful.

Location was great and close to mall road. The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, biren was always prompt and a great help with all our queries and advise on the sightseeing in darjeeling-great service from him. The breakfast was very nice with wide variety and the staff there were also great with service.

Rooms were excellent along with beautiful view. The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall it at a prime location. The kanchanjanga view will take away your breath. The only disappointing was house keeping, they did not keep proper amenities like towel, cups, sachets, face towels etc. And even the room cleaning was done on time had to run behind them a lot.

Located near to mall road. Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall itself is in shopping mall .....Rooms and staffs just ok. No bad experience. Food was very good.

Excellent ambience, room service excellent. View of snowy hills from room. Wide window. Comfortable bed. Room heater all time. Geaser all time.

We loved our stay at this property. location wise it was great. The view of Kanchenjunga from our bed was top notch!! breakfast spread was good. big spacious rooms and very neat too.

Every thing is ok but wooden floor make a noice (char char) very much on walking food was perfect overall i am satisfied every service

This is my second stay in summit montana - a wonderful location with a car park. Rooms are spacious. Staff behaviour is good. Kanchenjunga view from room is an eye wash.
