No maintenance: very dirty only photos are good :just because of it we had dinner next hotel

The cottage is very old and water was dripping in the bedroom as there was snowfall. The owner never picked up the phone. Staff was well behaved, but was difficult to find when needed. We got breakfast one and half hour after ordering. I wish i had stayed somewhere else.

3. This hotel is very terrible because no hot water in washroom, no room hitter, room very dirty, bedcovers and blankets are very dirty. I can't expect to be associated with such a hotel. We had to live here very hard and my child got sick here and i had to spend a lot of money for treatment. So i would like to refund you my full amount for staying in this condition.

Terrible hotel. Not worth to stay. No light back up. No service even they don't have a water bottle to serve beding is dirty

We had a very bad experience. Every were there are leakages, heater are not working,

Firstly hotel location is good. Second and most importantly, during winter, room has worst heating system wich is based on solar panel. Obviosuly we dont get heater on even in -5 degree climate here. Foremost, the washroom smells very awful during all the time. There are plently available on arrival hotels for family at any budget range. Here we have done for 2n booking and left the hotel just after 1n due to no facility.

Staff is with nice and co operative nature it is at perfect centered place of gulmarg from there you can view whole nature and beauty hotel's rooms facility and rooms are as shown in pictures and also committed as description

The staff was not cooperative since not provided the food of our own choices despite spending lot of money.

Room was very small bed heater was available food was good but very costly owar all was good. I liked it

Will suggest you not to book this property the room is very bad and on very hills side.

Hotel people make fool to the tourist

We stayed for 1 day on 27th april 2021 and found the hotel bit remote away from main market, rooms are big but need renovation

It was a spacious room with good cleanliness. Electric blanket, room heater, hot water etc were provided. Also liked the in-house cook. Good facilities. But i think prices were a little on higher end, may be because of the location.

Om mm t it shows hotel is 500 meter to gondola booking, but it is 1. 5 to 2. 5 km to gondola ride

Location of hotel is near gandola which is great. Food was good as well. I was given ground floor room near dining area so lot of disturbance was there. Hot water and heater facilities were great and staff was very friendly. Rooms are bit expensive

Terrible experience recommend not to stay at this hotel

The hotel is safe to live with separate locking system, the food is hygienic but too costly 30rs poratha costs 100rs. However only rice one plate rice costs 180rs it is terrible.

No temperature checks, used blankets and bedsheets with holes, no sanitizer provided at hotel. No lunch or dinner provided, had to walk down to other hotels for food. Very small and dirty rooms, no heating provided through blowers, mattress heater was also not working, very low voltage electricity, do not make the mistake that i did, i had booked for 2 days but wasn't able to stand the hotel for even few hours. Booked another hotel immediately and had to loose almost 7k. Worst hotel experience ever!
