Worst experience ever. I booked that hotel for 1 night, but due to my experience, I chose to leave same day.

they will tell you that they provide you ac and tv and wifi but you check in at hotel they will say ac and tv r not available and the hotel employe will miss behave with u if complain its a life most horrible experience to share and please don't use make my trip also they also don't help you out

Although I book a AC room, they purposely switched off the AC. Out of 4 days he only switched it on for 2 nights(night only) and that after multiple request. Shabby rooms, dirty bed and no towel/soap. Manager is arrogant as well. It now changed its name to City Lodge. Not recommended at all.

room maintenance is very poor dirty bathroom ,bucket and footmats. no any privacy at there. A very embarrassing incident happened with us. we are stying in room no 149 and just front side of our room they do very ugly thing thing with us and I am with my family and when I told to receptionist they take these all thing very easy like nothing is happen with anyone's and room no 149 corridor CCTV camera was not installed there .

very bad facilities, extra charges were taken for early check-in. No proper facilities were given. Washroom was not good.

Please don't choose this hotel to stay. Ac was not working for 5 hours. No water bottle available. No handwash available in the bathroom. Staff was not coperative. Also cockroach and mosquito in the room. Hotel's name also not same as what is on mmt.

The room was nothing like the pictures. It’s a compact room with no toiletries. No soap, no handwash no towel nothing. It was dirty. Even the phone was broken. AC was not working. There’s no food option. The service was even more pathetic. I took permission for 30 mins extra for checkout while checking in and they permitted but next day at 11:15 someone came to my door and ringed the calling bell like a maniac and shouted at me saying check out check out. It was a very bad experience.

not at all any cleanliness in the room and washroom are very dirty with spits of paan. and beds are dirty and lizards in washroom. AC and TV are not working.

It was a very nice stay, The staff were very polite. I got everything I have demanded, I asked for Hot water, they made it available.

First of all the rooms were very very dirty alongwith the unwashed bedsheets. Taps were jammed with little to sometimes no water flowing from them. The air conditioning uits were suddenly not working in the middle of the night and no water, soap, shampoos and towels were was provided. Overall terrible experience should be provided (-) minus ratings.

I had booked this room for my father and his friend. The room was not clean and hygienic. There was no room service. In the room, there was no cupboard, wardrobe or almirah. The fan's regulator was working at only one point. Awful experience. Initially, when my father tried to book a room via offline mode, he was told by the hotel staff that there was no room available. But in reality there were rooms available as he saw that rooms were being given to younger guys. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Never book the hotel... I searched like hell but was unable to locate the hotel... Even after following the map and standing exactly at the location , the hotel was impossible to locate... Even the locals at the destination had no idea about the name of the hotel... Being with my family having aged persons, I had no option but book another hotel as it was already past 9pm in the night... I would request MMT to look into the matter and if possible give me the refund

Good stay at hotel at guwahati. It's a convenient location for both devi kamakshya temple and railway station.

The property is in a good location, but the rooms are small, the food is expensive but the staff are very supportive. Overall avg.
