Super Hotel O Olive Grand

I found this property through Makemytrip web. It's a good hotel, staffs behavior are good and they are supportive. Overall my experience was excellent at this hotel.

While checking in, they asked me to pay extra only then they allowed check in. The experience was horrible as the room service was not that good. I stayed in room no 202 and the jet pipe was leaking, the wash basin had no water flow at all. Geyser was also not working.

Friendly staff and a hassle-free check-in process. Would recommend for budget travelers.

Very bad behaviour of staff they have denied for check-in without extra money. They have taken extra money then after they allowed to check-in. Very terrible experience at hotel. Makemytrip is also did nothing for the issue.
