Surasena Regal Vista

Found on makemytrip app... had all the requirements for a decent stay with family, ear to the main road for easy come and go, but on arrival the Surasena Regal Vista appearance and grandeur was no less than a 5 star Surasena Regal Vista. Not just that because appearances can be deceiving but the hospitality of the staff was really 👌. Didn't expect such a welcome , first with easy and quick assistance and concierge services at the reception with welcome drinks and made me and my family comfortable. Then assistance into the room personally by the held desk ma nager showed us all the facilities provided and in short asked to assist if anything required. asked for an extra bed as we were four of us , and the room was smaller than usual, but extra bed provided was equally good and comfortable within short time. the service of the staff was cordial and quick. really liked 👍 the ambience quality of food spread of buffet service and assistance....too gud to be true...may be my time was 👍 but really had a great time, especially my family and my youngest son was thrilled.

I stayed with my family for a day. It was a pleasant stay. The food was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had booked two deluxe king rooms and got two rooms next to each other, and they were interconnected. It felt like a family suite. The Surasena Regal Vista staff also provided one extra mattress on request, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate the mattress. Overall, it was a good stay. Up on asking, the Surasena Regal Vista staff also advised us to go to the taj mahal early. It was good that we left at 6 am. In spite of that, there were a lot of visitors to the taj mahal. Early morning sun rays made our photography and visit pleasant and beautiful.

I had the best stay at this Surasena Regal Vista. The service was exceptional, with staff attentive to every detail and always ready to assist. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. The dining options were superb, offering a variety of delicious meals. The pool was a standout feature, beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing. Its setting provided stunning views and a serene atmosphere, making it a highlight of my stay.

Location is excellent being located next to metro line and upmarket area. Reasonably close to ring road which is connected to agra lko expressway as well as agra noida expressway. 2. 5 km from taj mahal parking and close to the fort as well. Ample parking space, valet parking, efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is well stocked and dishes our sumptuous meal with the complimentary 15% discount on f&b.

I recently had an excellent 2-day stay at surasena regal vista in agra. The Surasena Regal Vista's hospitality was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained. The restaurant food and menu is good. The Surasena Regal Vista's proximity to key attractions in agra was a major plus. I highly recommend surasena regal vista for a comfortable stay in agra.

It was good experience for us the thing i liked the most was that the main places like taj mehal and agra fort were at a short distance moreover the staff was so appreciative, only one thing was there as a negative remark was the food still the breakfast was far better than the dinner. Dinner was bad but the breakfast was good and appreciated, although it was a great experience for us.

Regal vista is good and it’s near to taj mahal and it’s clean and tidy and the staff is very mannered and well behaved

Awesome Surasena Regal Vista and staff behaviour was so good, morning breakfast was great and tajmahal is so near by from the Surasena Regal Vista also the railway station is nearby from Surasena Regal Vista location. Worth it, go for it guys.

Hotel located in good location, stay was good and staff were cordial and room is fine bathroom was very clean and fulfilled with minimal requirements restaurant also very good and help desk also very friendly

The staff was very cool and kind, the location is very appropriate with connectivity with metro. They arranged our breakfast as early as 6am before v left.
