Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the taj convention centre, agra, for two nights with family, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was impeccable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade from the deluxe to the taj club rooms, which were spacious, beautifully maintained, and recently renovated, making our stay even more comfortable. The standout feature of our visit was the exceptional service and courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to mr. Subrata bhattacharya, who gave an engaging presentation on the history of the taj mahal. His humor kept the kids entertained, and his singing was a delightful touch for the adults. Additionally, the dining experience at palate restaurant was exceptional. Chef pravin and ashish went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even crafting special dishes outside the buffet menu to cater to our preferences. Overall, our stay at the taj convention centre was luxurious and filled with warm, personalized hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting agra!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The location is superb, being very close to the taj mahal, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The rooms were not only spacious but also well-equipped with a wide range of amenities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience. One of the standout features of this Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra was the staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and cooperative, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. This level of service truly made a positive impression and is definitely worth highlighting. Additionally, the dining experience was excellent. The food offered a diverse variety of options, and each dish was prepared to a high standard, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, this property provided an outstanding experience, and i would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Taj never disappoints you. Very well trained staff. Extremely helpful and courteous. Always at your service. There is a reason why they know world over for their hospitality we went their for a long weekend. They made our 2 days stay memorable. A special mention to mr shilendra from palate restaurant who gave a special surprise to our daughter on father's day. He truly made her feel extra special. This trip was planned for our daughter only and she had an amazing time at the property especially the pottery session and the noor e mahal story by mr subhrat was very informative for her. The staff and our floor manager at 2nd floor was also very courteous and helpful. Meeting our extra little demands from time to time. Overall memorable stay.

The minute we entered the area, we found it very peaceful and clean surrounded by greenery. Taj is located very close to taj mahal, just 5 minutes which was another plus. The Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra reception staff gave us a very heart-warming welcome and check in formalities were done quickly without any hassle. We liked the decorations done by mr. Om-beer in our room. He was very welcoming and courteous. Special mention to mr krishnan who served us for our dinner and breakfast. Appreciate the services. He went above and beyond to make our stay and f&b experience delightful. Overall, we had a memorable and beautiful stay.

The taj convention centre in agra stood true to its name. Yes, it was a luxurious and comfortable stay but what stood out is truly its staff. Very courteous in every aspect. They will go the extra length to make sure your stay is comfortable. They immediately changed my room because i wanted a better view, the waiters at the table served us keeping in mind our smallest of needs even though the buffets were completely packed with people. Even the housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile even if we just passed the hallway. Small but significant things that make ones stay that little extra special. Keep it up taj.

Everything was good except the temperature of the Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra which was very cold inside. Outside Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra, temperature was too hot but inside the property, it was too chilled. My kids got bad cold and cough due to low temperature of Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra. They had nothing to maintain it. Also i found slow services in many places. Apart from it, location, food, ambience everything was great and attractive. Thanks to suvrata who made the eve wonderful by showing noor-e-taj show. Also inside the palato restaurant cheff pulkit was great.

Overall, stay experience at the Taj was Amazing. Room are very spacious and beautiful, Rooftop pool area is just wow. We had food at the Palato Restaurant which was very good. Highly recommend Taj whenever in Agra 👌

I had a awesome stay at taj Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra and convention center. Each and every staff member was welcoming the hospitality offered by them was amazing. Specially chef praveen, chef amir, chef ravi and krishna made dining experience above our expectation. They made our daughter birthday very special.
