Poor Stay

Food was really very bad, location was very far from beach as they have mentioned just 100mtrs walk to beach and there is no beach access from the property,no parking place in the property premises,pool was not at all maintained, totally it's not at all worth to stay

If you have photos showing otherwise, please share them so we can investigate. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 15% extra discount on your next stay if you book directly with us, and on your food bill. The property isn't great not as what we see it's beautiful in images but when we visited it looked like we came to a completely different place which is totally without any lives

Good budget Stay near Anjuna Beach

The stay was good. The bonus is it is near to Anjuna Beach, 10 mins walk and is surrounded by some of the good eatery and food joints. Some facilities need to be added fridge in delux room as it hot there and toiletries. Rest everything was good as per budget stay.

We stayed here for six days and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. You can rent a bike to explore various spots in Goa, and its proximity to Anjuna Beach makes it convenient to enjoy the vibrant nightlife as well.

Terrible Stay

Room were stinky and they haven’t helped to get us another room. Like in 10 minutes i opt to checked out from the property. No refund no support for that

Average hotel. Location is very bad and very congested roads. No breakfast included, paid 250 per person. Pool is almost good.

Rooms are decent for the price point but the staff are really kind and helpful. The location can be a bit of a problem to find thanks to google maps taking you to the wrong place.

Terrible Stay

Property was no where like it shows in the pic. Inside a very small lane. Bathroom dirty and rusty. And sharp at 11am they started ringing bell continuously every 10 mins to ask me to vacate the room. And when i said i need 30 mins at least to get ready and leave, the staff was very rude! never going to the property again and wouldn't recommend either

It was awesome stay, everything was nice ambiance, supportive staff, wonderful atmosphere of hotel, nice swimming pool but need filtration and cleaning timely. Walking distance from anjuna cliff beach.
