No electricity for more than 15 hours. No-one to attend. No-one to contact. No exhaust in washroom. No window for ventilation.

Dear sir, As far as I remember even there was no electricity for 15 hrs ( it was a technical fault in the whole anjuna) , you have stayed there and we refunded your amount as well on your first call without any discussion.so please don't say there was noone to attend. exhausted is there in washroom, but without electricity,it can't work.and there is a window in the room as well.
