No water at property at whole day,

We (me & my friend) visited kasauli as we got a break day on 15th aug 2024. We booked from 14th to 16th aug 2024. We checked in around 01:30 am of 15th aug 2024 after a long struggle. One guy named kaka who is said to be the care taker provided us with a room which we have not booked. When we asked him he said that they have only one room available. The next day morning the same guy told us that we have to shift to another room as we have booked that room. He (kaku) asked us to go and see the room. We asked him to accompany us. But he denied. We went to see the room. We came back and got shifted and then we went out for sight seeing. When we checked our belongings we found that money and bluetooth head set was missing. We know that hotel staffs were the culprits but we couldn't prove. We contacted owner of the property to refer the cctv camera he didn't support. Even after a week gone we didn't get any reply. Please avoid this stay as this is a den of theives.

First of all its difficult to find, huge rooms with balcony, cleanliness was the biggest issue, good parking place

The location was scenic and quite approachable from the highway. Food was really excellent and the best part was it was absolutely freshly cooked. The owner is very affable and is keen to resolve any issue that you might have. A spacious parking lot is there.

I will highly suggest not to go for this place for your stay. The biggest issue is related to safety and security specially for females. They have it's private balcony but it's not anybody from other customers to their staff can access it. This place is unhygienic with cockroaches all over the place, even on bed and no proper availability of basic necessities like water and fan. The staff is not polite and the owner also doesn't cooperate for the issues. They say that booking is non-refundable once you want to leave after facing issues so that they can have all the money and it's the customer who has to suffer at the end. The owner tan-vi rastogi is very rude and after telling her the issues she completely denies and says that everything is well maintained and provided though she is not at the property herself. Her brother ankush is very diplomatic person, he agrees for the issues at the property being on the property himself but later denied.

I went with my family, my wife, mother and 2 kids. I booked 2 rooms, room size was good. View from balcony was good. But rooms and washrooms were not clean. I asked the care taker to clean the room first as we travel-led for 7 hours and we wanted to rest. It took him one hour to come and clean. Then i noticed that door latches were not working. I ignored it. Rooms were suffocated in the night and as the the hotel is surrounded by trees there are insects. Hotel should install acs in the rooms in this case. Worst parts are room service and food. I asked them to clean the again but this time no response. We had our lunch on first day and tea for few times, i cannot say food was very good. Even i cannot say food was okay. This place is really not for families. Bachelors can enjoy this place.

Maha bakwas fascility. Too many issues. ill maintained property, dirty property, broken cutlery. Highly mismanaged stuff. Totally disorganized and disoriented

Though the property was difficult to access at first but it was a good experience staying there with family. The room was very spacious with attached balcony with valley view. The caretakers were very cooperative and were readily available for anything you ask for.

The room, food, hospitality, view, everything was really good. We stayed just one night, the price was good too.

The hospitality was very good. The food was delicious. Rooms have a nicer view of the mountains. The overall best place to stay.

According to the prices which shown it’s not worth. Bed sheet, blanket were too messy. Water crisis was there. Even in the morning i couldn’t take bath because of water issues. Don’t go for it.

It was a good stay and ample space were there. The staff was really helpful and provided all the things asked.

We stayed in yuvraj room. The room was quite spacious. The size is room was three time the size of a normal hotel room. Washroom was clean and the seat was sanitised. Our room has a balcony which offered great scenery. The owner of this rental property was very friendly and of helping nature. We got home cooked food with tawa chapattis, that was so amazing and delicious. So overall it is an excellent property to stay and chill.

As the title suggests, the property, food hospitality was brilliant. Spacious and clean rooms and the view from the property is just amazing. Special mention of ankush the care taker who really ensured we had a great family stay! 1 feedback that i can give - menu items can be increased further. Wish to visit soon!

Staff was very good they upgraded us to a big room, we only tried tea and pakoda which was good, the only negative thing is the location, it is very far from the actual points around 10 km and road is very risky

The rooms are very spacious and clean we were three families stayed there and everyone was so happy with the hotel staff, rooms, food and specially with the host mr ankush ji
