The Almond Tree

I am a The Almond Treeier and have stayed in most of the The Almond Trees in jodhpur including umaid bhavan palace. Personally, i liked this stay of mine the most in jodhpur. Right from my arrival to check out i felt i was passionately looked after by each and every team member. The owner met us on arrival and warmly offered that we should not hesitate in reaching out to him for anything. The whole estate is lush green and interiors are really beautifully done. Safe, serene and memorable is how i would want to define the place.

This homestay is located in the umaid heritage region, one of the prime areas of jodhpur. The staff is friendly and have helped whenever required. Also, the terrace is breathtaking. The food was also mouth watering. I'd definitely recommend this place for a stay in jodhpur. However, do remember that this place 5-6km away from the new city. So you may find some difficulty in traveling during the night, considering that uber/ola are not available during such time in jodhpur.

Almond tree should be on the list of every traveller who wants peaceful and calm home for their holiday. The location is fantastic with the umaid bhawan visible from the terrace or from your window if you have a palace facing room. The food served here is mind blowing and the portion is good too! while everything about the stay was good, i would have appreciated it if all the staff members wore masks.

The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The main highlighted thing was The host, Mr. Chetan Bakshi. He helped me with many things. The host knows how to deal with The guests. The location was easily accessible. Relaxing and comfortable rooms. The staffs are very friendly. The ambiance of The property was great. The food was delicious. Would recommend The property to others as well.

Very welcoming owner and friendly staff, breakfast was fresh prepared based on your choice. The dinner too, definitely Worth to try. Hotel is located in a very wealthy heritage area build by the current maharajah from Umaid Bhawan palace. It is a very quite place. Nice view from the beautiful terrace. Would love to stay longer.
Huge bathroom and wardrobe. Even a sofa was within the room.

Pros- very nicely decorated and maintained, enough open spaces inside and outside, good food, friendly staff, less commercialised felt like private residence, location is very peaceful con- a bit far away from main city, difficult to get taxi/autos as remotely located, not value for money

We stayed two nights here. Had a great stay, the food was delicious, room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very cooperative.

Located in a plush society behind umaid bhavan. Has all amenities of a typical 4 star. Excellent food. Courteous staff.

If you don’t like to stay in haveli or fort kind of The Almond Trees, this is the best option i say.

We were greeted well at arrival, our room was kept ready, very spacious room and bathroom, hygiene was maintained everywhere, food was excellent, limited menu but tasty food. Situated in a peaceful surrounding this hill facing property is a good stay for families and couples

I had best life’s experience at this property. You will also fine other guests friendly and i loved the property and its space along with the view. They have expert and genuine staff. Make sure to carry cash while checking out if you have ordered any ALCOHOL in your stay. 😜

Location good for quiet stay. Food is excellent. Hygiene is optimum.

Its a nice property in a peaceful location. The room was big with a huge bathroom it is clean and staff are friendly and helpful it is within a private society so you can't really walk to go somewhere, you need a tuk tuk
