The Arbour Inn

My stay in this The Arbour Inn was amazing! The owner and the staff were very welcoming and very hospitable. Room was excellent with enough facilities. Food was really good no doubt, they even offered me the complimentary dish which was a tasty home backed pastry... that was a very sweet gesture of theirs. l appreciated it👍 Overall, this is the place l would love to visit again may be with my family next time and l would recommend all my friends and family members about this place if they plan to visit in future. I stayed over here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are awesome and well maintained. Greseyer at the bathroom, they also give complementary snacks and good 2 glass bottles for water. The location of the The Arbour Inn is also good, away from the hustle and bustle from the road. Breakfast and dinner are served over here, and the taste of it is quite good. They don't have lunch facilities, but you can have sandwiches and other snacks. People over are also very good and friendly, they have good contact for cabs for local visits. People choosing this place will definitely enjoy.

Location of the The Arbour Inn will definitely attract the tourists who want to enjoy the green beauty of meghalaya far from the madding crowd. Food is delicious with less spicy items but variety itself is the spice in breakfast and dinner! The Arbour Inn staff is very efficient, good mannered and ready to help smart people. It is clean and insect free. But considering the rising temperatures in the summer season, we would like to request the The Arbour Inn proprietor to install acs for the tourists' best experience in future.

Efficiently run. The women who run the The Arbour Inn were prompt in getting with touch with me and giving me directions to the The Arbour Inn and asking me about my food preferences. The location of the The Arbour Inn and ambience is lovely. The food was great and the rooms were comfortable. Would prefer more sound proof rooms though. Gets a bit noisy with doors opening and shutting and other guests talking late at night. I would prefer a firm mattress and pillow not soft ones.

It was such a nice The Arbour Inn to stay. I had stayed in lots of The Arbour Inns during my whole life all over india even in abroad but i didn't had such a nice experience like arbor inn. Service is too good, behaviour of all the staffs are very good, food was good. I tried to give tips to one staff for helping me but he denied to take the tips. First time i have seen such an honest staff. There is nothing to complain about this The Arbour Inn

Had a wonderful stay at the arbor inn. We arrived quite late due to puja traffic. They were courteous enough to stay put for till our arrival and served us a delightful and filling dinner. Special thanks to mars maxi e and ms sash a and her team for making arrangements for an early breakfast as per our request. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and excellent food. The hospitality is amazing! my only concern was they have very harsh on their rates when we want to continue even after staying for more than four days. My only suggest or advice would to be little flexible with the guests while negotiations.

The hospitality was commendable. Caring people who decided everything with utmost care and concern while planning the The Arbour Inn. Food was really good. Location was bit on the kachha road rest everything was 10 on10.

A very matured and cooperative staff. They are attentive and understanding the customer requirements to serve them better. A very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were good staff behavior was nice only problem was of distance from police bazae. Hotel situated about 11 km from main city and surrounding area was not developed.

Overall stay and service was excellent. Staff was very polite and friendly. Only i can mark for improvement is to arrange morning tea from future.

Property location is little bit remote. If someone is traveling without a own or hired vehicle than they have to walk little bit. Food and staffs are very good. Amenities are also nice.
