The autumn leaves is the best property. Spacious, clean and hygienic rooms. Have kitchen, clean water and comfortable common spaces to relax. perfect place to stay and enjoy!

The property is spacious, comfortable and clean. The surrounding areas are not crowded and location is very good as all service deliveries like uber, zomato, etc are made. The caretaker, sh. Saurabh was very attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and comfortable and clean. The rooms were near and tidy. Sh saurabh, the caretaker was attentive. The property is located in a good neighborhood. In all, it deserves an excellent rating.

it is a good stay for family, friends,and couple , it's comfortable, clean , the staff is very helpful and the owner is also good . I would recommend if you come to bhopal then you can try this .it's very convenient and not far from the city

Location of the property is good but balcony rooms are very small and balcony is too small. Utensils and cutlery are scarce for even having outside food. Overall it’s an average stay.

Our stay here was very cozy and nice thanks to the excellent service they provide here. The owner here was very caring and helpful and catered all our needs very well. We would hopefully like to visit here again in the future.

Overall the stay was good with near and clean ambience all over the property. The only thing which disappoints you is the breakfast if you are food y and looking for tea parantha, puri bhaji like eatables. Although you can get good tea, snacks, points at a walking distance.

I recently stayed at the best hotel and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was seamless, and incredibly welcoming. My room was spotless, well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The on-site amenities. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Overall, my stay at the best hotel was outstanding, and i highly recommend it.

1. Location near bhel 2. Room tariff is higher than room size 3. No room service 4. Breakfast is complimentary but you have to make it yourself. After that the utensils will also have to be washed 5. Area is calm and clean

awesome experience. location of the property increases the comfort level of the stay. commuting is very simple n easy. our host dixitji has a very aesthetic taste, which shows up in the upkeep of the property. the property appears the same as it looks in the photographs. clean and tidy rooms are adorable. from the entry gate to the other end of the property is spic n span, not a particle of dirt anywhere. dixit ji and all his supporting staff are very cooperative, soft spoken and nice to talk to. we enjoyed our stay here. we would love to stay here again whenever bhopal calls us. wonderful place- home away from home! i would recommend it to my known people and friends. kudos to dixit ji and his team for their tireless effort for our comfort. all the best👍🏻 a big thanks to mmt for our comfortable stay. 🙏🏼

What a pleasant stay! mr dixit the owner and the caretaker mr kamlesh were so so generous in their support. We really enjoyed.

The autumn leaves was a good place to stay. The amenities provided by the facility were in very good condition and working well. Rooms were tidy and clean and the caretakers were readily available and very friendly. Although the location was in a colony so it was a little uncomfortable and odd. But over all the place was well maintained and very affordable.

Easy to reach from railway station. Lot of option are available, bus, auto, ola, etc variety of food stalls and restaurants at walkable distance and you can also hire scooter or bike from nearby to explore the area yourself.
