The Banyan Tree Adobe - KK's home stay

no one was present to attend nor anyone called to check on us, I had to book offline to get my family accommodate. Nor MMT is helping in this issue, without staying I had to pay full.

The property was clean and easy to locate . The care taker was not there. He didn’t contact us throughout the stay

The house is in good condition but the bathroom can be more clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. Location is good as well.

All well except the fact that caretaker was not their and his presence for even 2 minutes would have given the comfort.

It was great experience and host was available 24x7 over phone call for any requirement. Also the check in and check process was very smooth

The stay was excellent, the property was maintained neat and clean, the co-host was coordinating nicely, but no room service, we have to manage everything by our self

Visited with family. Stay was good with all facilities and prominent places in the vicinity. Recommended.

Spacious rooms, neat and tidy. Washrooms were also clean. Location close to city. Perfect location for family as it is 2 bhk apartment.

The stay @ banyan tree adobe was excellent. The house was well arranged and clean and gave us a warm felling the movement we steeped in. All required items were available at the home. The host was very welcoming and ensured that the entire process of checking in to stay and check out was very systematic and smooth. Would highly recommend this place for family stay.

The stay was average not as good as what was mentioned in other reviews. Positives: 1. Newly done interior 2. Place neat and clean 3. Washroom clean 4. Stacked up kitchen and fridge. Negatives 1. Far from kolhapur city (15-20min) 2. Parking too small for cars to properly fit in. Need to do lot of acrobatic but still couldn’t fit my car inside the designated space. 3. No water for more than 30 min. When enquired was told that the caretaker forgot to switch on the water pump. Had got stuck inside the washroom till the water came back. 4. Bed cover and pillows were dirty. 5. No tissue paper in washrooms, when checked with the caretaker, i was info-med that only single price available for all the washrooms. All in all a very average place to stay and do check all the negatives before finalising the place. 2. 5/ 5 rating

Excellent house. Like club Mahendra's 2 bhk. Well organized house 🏠 .

The entire apartment was very well done up. All amenities taken care of and pet friendly. The quality of furniture and fixtures was absolutely outstanding. The staff was very helpful and caring. Shubham, the co host was very friendly and eager to help, even asking for any special requirements for dog food etc. Highly recommended stay in kolhapur where hardly any hotels are pet friendly.
