Food was good. Location also good. Facility needs to be improved.

Pathetic in room dining service, property is not mentioned at all. Rain water was coming inside the room from window. Walls of the room and lobby area were dirty. Pool was dirty. First time come to know that if you order cold coffee than they will serve you cold coffee but it was not cold at all. When I put this point in their knowledge than he sent ice cubes to make it cold coffee.. 😂😂😂 this is the kind of service they are offering

Room quality was not good as per the discription 'royal suite. We can't access balcony as there was big honey comb in balcony. Washroom seling was in worst condition. Washroom was worst. We shut the door outside noise was audible as if it's open. Tv was not working. As we exit room lobby was in worst condition. Really terrible. Unsafe too. No proper parking.

I stayed with my family including 2 kids. The property is more than 1 hour distance from mt abu which is a pain. It also has a bar inside it and people from outside come and park their vehicles and you can see the fuss at night when people are arguing with each other in parking area. When i asked if i can sit outside with family and enjoy dinner, the manager clearly said that we can’t have drinks and food in open area, which removes all the purpose of booking a resort. The pool was filled with youngsters shouting and drinking openly. Overall the property was no where close to a family stay. The only good part was the room service which we have to use as maximum times we have to stay inside as the outside environment was toxic.

Foor are very expensive. Not good hygiene main. Bathroom not clean properly. Swiming pool area water found not ok. Too much chemical used.

Resort best on location. Service is slowly medium. In rooms beds pillow is not good. When we try to sit in bed. We are filling in very under the bed

3rd class hotel, do not go to hotel with family, you may face embarrassment.

We booked a family room as we were 3 adults and 1 kid. Washroom was dirty and toilet seat was very old and yellowish. Service standards are poor, no one is bothered. After follow up, could get the room cleaned. Toiletries and tea, coffee sachets were provided on the 2nd day after asking them. Very bad services for such a hefty price paid.

Food is good. Room service is good and staff cooaperation is good but location is poor because on dusty highways

We are stayed in one night in this resort. We are family. I love this resort because it's new and very clean. Staff is good also and supportive.

Very bed services , Room Air condition was very bed , Staff has not active, Food was not good, Generally Bhagwati hotel was not Good for stay ….

Staff is very supportive, Good Ambience, Service is very good, I was having my child (1year) staff was ready to whatever they can to provide good service. overall Awesome 👍

The stay, room was average. It was not a proper suite room as showed in photo. It didn't have proper bathtub and stuff. Also the parking was a big issue. The security d at entry gate is too egoistic and does not allow to park inside the resort premises even though they have parking.

At room for shower hot water not available in any room, after complaining not resolved any customer complaint at morning hrs from management side

Room is small bathrooms travel wet no tv sat up box in room food is ok and service is ok room rate is three star hotel and room one star

Dont include hotel with lunch dinner, we have been provided same roti sabji in lunch and dinner indoor games are in service and hence cant be used
