24hr restraunt timming and food is good.. Good n fast service Only issue vallet scrached my car which i noticed after 50 km of checkout.

Room had cockroaches. Swimming pool not working for entire stay Hotel staff not informed about the the changes happening in hotel. Spa, saloon nothing operational. Money down the drain, book better hotels in the same price range. for this hotel with current conditions room rent should be half.

Location very fruitful for us, near our exhibition ground food- each and everything was very good amenities and services as per our expection

The Staff of the Hotel Needs to Learn a Lot in Hospitality. Specifically a Lady Don at Reception. Needs Lots to Improve

Property location for business travelers is perfect, it's right in industrial area of the city. Physical infra of the hotel is very good, the rooms, the toilets, the fixtures, all well made & maintained. Food was decent at least and good at best. However, the hotel fails at soft skills, abysmally. Its evident from the moment you enter your first interaction that the staff has been beaten into being more 'hospitable' but no one took the time to explain to them what that means in the context of serving a hotel guest. Example: reception phone number is 120 (from the room phone) but nowhere is it mentioned in the room. They didn't have a spare pen for me when i asked for it. The staff makes up silly, small lies to say no to a customer rather than being straight up and courteous. There were some exceptions to the above which made the stay palatable. But most of the staff was there to do a job not to serve.

Booked a suite room seeing the pictures but it never had an attached terrace. The room had mosquitoes. The room was big and spacious.

Hair dryer was not provided in the room, even after request the same was not provided nor it was told that it can’t be provided. This kept me waiting for long. Very unresponsive reception manager as well as housekeeping team.

Hotel is decent and the cleanliness is one of the best in hotel. Not much variety available in breakfast.

Poor pathetic service, food is not good, staff behavior is very bad. Even the wifi was very slow. Tv connection was pathetic not at all a pleasant stay.
