I stayed along with two other At the very outset, I must appreciate the better parts of our experience. The property landscape is beautiful and picturesque. The staff is extremely polite. The weather is very pleasant. However most things go downhill from there. Here were some of the issues that I can recollect: 1. Our rooms did not have have a geyser. We were not informed when these rooms were given to us that there will be no hot water. The first night we had cold water showers. The next morning, they told us to access the common shower next door for hot water, which we did. But there was no hot water. So we had a cold water shower again. 2. The swimming pool looks beautiful from a distance. But the entire flooring as a thick layer of green fungus due to lack on maintenance. To make things worse, when they started the waterfall, all dried leaves, tree barks & other dirt entered the pool water. 3. They have some issues with refridgeration. The soft drinks were warm. The fresh lime sodas were warm. The ice cream was bad - it had clearly melted and frozen a dozen times. 4. The food was exorbitantly priced. The preparation was decent. I have no qualms with the food quality. They managed to do decent job despite the fact that their main chef was on emergency leave. However the prices were insanely expensive. For eg. the chicken gravy (with bone) was 425/-. 5. My bed sheets were dirty - on one of the beds. I slept on the other bed. However this issue was not there in the room occupied by my friends. 6. The bathroom fitments need replacement. The faucet in my bathroom along with its holder came off the wall. Upon closer inspection it was noticed that the screws were rusted. 7. We were not provided soaps when we occupied the rooms. We had to go inform at the reception to send for soaps. There were no other toiletries like shampoo/conditioner. 8. The rooms do not have any phones. This is an issue particularly because there's no phone network coverage in the premises. You have to walk to the reception to ask for anything. 9. The Wi-Fi is quite week near the rooms. The only place with strong Wi-Fi is the swimming pool area. 10. They have gaps in the roofs of the rooms from which a lot insects come in. 11. The rooms are extremely small. In the room given to my friends there was barely any space to walk around the beds. 12. Towels were not clean, as in they had not been washed with detergent, so they carried some unpleasant smells. Although we were given the second room for a discounted price (there was barely any occupancy) considering that their tariff for the small rooms, a lot fell short of expections..

Amazing for a week ends. Multiple pools. The property is situated at jungle. Have trail for morning and evening walk.
