The Ebony by Hotel Blessings

The room was satisfactory, but the food was absolutely unacceptable. The quality and taste were far below any reasonable standard. The paneer dish was unbearably spicy to the point of being inedible, and the rotis were so hard they were difficult to chew. The cold coffee served at breakfast was nothing more than flavored water. The grilled sandwich was dry and tasted like a dessert due to an overwhelming amount of sweet mayonnaise. The aloo puri was mediocre at best, and the parathas were a complete failure — they lacked any proper stuffing and were clearly made without care. It is evident that no attention is being given to food quality or guest satisfaction. This level of service is unacceptable.

Room service was not good and facilities are not comfortable. Water should be available all the time in the room.

I had a pleasant stay at The Ebony Hotel, Saharanpur. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help, making my experience even better. While the food quality was great, the menu had limited options. Additionally, parking space was a bit of a challenge. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall comfort and hospitality provided by the hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Saharanpur, The Ebony Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotel in saharanpur. This property is very neat and clean. Rooms are quite spacious. Hotel parking is a big issue. If you are coming by your own vehicle, it is very difficult to park your vehicle in a congested parking space. Hotel management should look into it.

Stay was ok. Rooms are good but geyser was not working and also staff service was lil slow. Morning breakfast timings are very rigid and even you will not get breakfast on that time but after that time.

Everything was good including food, room and service. Breakfast also has variety’s. Location of hotel is also good.

There was a electrical issue in have to change the room but after changing the room same issue occurred. 15 times powercut hasbeen observed. Food quality was as-lo bad. Rooms are not functional properly. Not able to lock main door. On time carpenter has came to fix the issue. Wifi is bery poor.

Overall great experience! The staff and the receptionist are ethical and committed to their duties, giving excellent and fast service. The staff is polite and friendly and also helpful in telling you more about the city! If you’re here for business trip, this place is best in the town!

The staff here was accommodating and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for me on request for my work travels.

Hotel night staff was rude and didn't provide appropriate parking space for my car. I had to check out early due to this issue. I will not recommend this hotel.

Centrally located property. Rooms are very good and clean but it seems the hotel is meant for guests during wedding season, hence during lean period service in not good, you will find only few channel (free) channels on tv. Bathroom is good but toiletries are limited. Food is good but service is poor
