Property location back side of rooms is very bad. Food quality is average. Room is very bad, staff given used towels and toilet tab is not working

Room allotted on day one was not booked by us they have given 2 rooms with only one washroom. Things mentioned while booking was not there for eg no elevator. No geyser in washroom only solar that too not working properly. Last day there was no water in washroom some how we managed full waste of my money ! food was good

View was amazing from the property it is located at quite place from the roof you can get the valley view of manali.

Kitchen hygiene is so much poor, when i ask to him to check kitchen hygiene then he refuse and says that its not allowed, as per hotel rules drinking and smoking not allowed but many people use hukka, and cigarette in the hotal premises hotel manager not take any action on it he knows very well instead of restrictions he allowed to use it because of room rent

Location of the hotel is a bit far from mall road, manali but it was value for. Monry and hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is really good for groups and family, the rooms were properly sanitized and warm water was available throughout the day.

Time of booking, we called owner of hotel asked about distance from mall road, he lies to us and told me it's only 5 km but actually hotel is far away i.e 12 km. It's in remote area. Owner assured us for pick and drop facility from bus stop but he ignored and again lies that no pick and drop facility after reaching Manali. His staff is very unprofessional no manner to talk with customer and no cleanliness in the room after several reminder. It's mention during stay for free water bottle but they didn't provide us drinking water. Also false promises by MakeMyTrip mentioned air-conditioning, mineral water, etc but nothing in real and no one is ready to help executive said if you have problem then check out from over there. Worst experience with MakeMyTrip. I don't know what criteria to add any worst hotel with MakeMyTrip without checking any service of hotel and its condition.

Guys, this is new property and this was first time of The property when someone was staying here so they need lot to improve especially food.

The washrooms are very neat and refreshing. The rooms are good. A fan could have helped though. Peaceful, since its a little out of Town. Totally value for money.

Staff there was very helping, they arranged a cab for us at reasonable price, food was very tasty n price was also reasonable. Service which they provide is very good. If I will ever go Manali, I will stay there again. Prateek, The owner of property is young joyful, amicable man. I spent good time with him.
