The stay at the The Fern Residency, Noida was very comfortable, my family enjoyed the stay. The restaurant service was awesome. Food was tasty and hygienic. The chef cooked the food as per my little daughter's taste, she enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was well behaved and very obliged.

The stay at the fern residency noida sector 104 is worth in itself. The services provided by the staff and the The Fern Residency, Noida are remarkable. Moreover if we talk about cleanliness then also the fern has not disappointed me. The ambience, the hospitality was good and cooperative.

Everything was super cool, best part is their hospitality. I mean all the employees were just so polite, helpful and kind. More than amenities and all the other things, hospitality in terms of greeting and treating customers is what made me give them 5 star

The approach to fern residency is not very welcoming because it's in a narrow lane but once inside it is a good place to be. Hygienic and clean. Food is good. Staff is cooperative but some lessons on speaking making them more courteous would help

It was a great stay experience. Food taste is amazing with a variety of options. Quite decent staffs with a great service. I must mention the staffs babita, chandani, vaishali and rahul have been quite proactive and positive at their service.

The room is nice but little small. Also if you order anything online, it is not delivered direct to your room. You have to go down stairs to pick it up. But overall its good and safe.

Overall experience was good property is getting old and bath room gadgets are not working properly need improvement

In centre of noida. Good and spacious rooms. Loved the spacious sitting and dining table arranged in the room ! curt room service staff but reception staff lacks the welcoming smile. Food was satisfactory and can be better.

It was a pleasant stay. Location is great, many restaurants near by. Property has an elevator. There is inroom dining at affordable prices. Room was clean.
