The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra

We were a group of 9. It was a fabulous stay. The property is ideally located on satara mumbai highway. On our return journey from goa we were searching for comfortable stay on the way for night stay. In just 1 night stay we just got more than we expected. We liked the most 1. Most comfortable rooms with eco-friendly theme. 2. Powerful wifi coverage 3. Clean amenities 4. Wide spread display of breakfast with amazing taste. 5. Cooperative staff. 6. Most amazingly a sensible way of teaching travellers how to use amenities. For example using towels, bathroom amenities, toiletries etc. 7. Display of food packets and cold beverages with charges in the rooms was a little bit pinching but it could be ignored. Over all enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Hotel the fern residency, satara is situated right on the pune-bangalore highway. Making it a prime location. The room was was spacious and clean. I had asked for a king size bed but got a twin bed but, the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. Considering the quality of service, amenities, and location, the The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra is slight y overprice but worth the money. Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodation, service, made the stay my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra to anyone traveling along pune-bangalore highway.

We stayed for 1 night on our route to mumbai. Its right next to the highway so no problem reaching. Room was quite big to accommodate 2 adults and a 10 year child. Beds, air conditioning, bathrooms were well maintained. Dinner: we had ala-carte and the food was really delicious and being served really quick even when the restaurant was full. Breakfast: had a good set of options - mainly breads, spreads, idli, dosas, cornflakes, cut-fruits etc. Taste was okayish - not too spicy nor bland. Price one night: ~4400- overall: good experience and worth money.

I stayed here with my family for one day when i was returning back to mumbai. I intentionally stayed here to experience fern and i am not disappointed. While the The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra and the rooms were clean what stood out was the helpful staff during my stay. All members right from housekeeping to room service were very cordial and courteous. The house keeping was superb as i had to get the bathroom cleaned exclusively after my kids used it. They did a good job of with a smiling face all the time. Really appreciate this.

This fern property is very good. Stayed with extended family for 3 nights, excellent cleanliness & overall hygiene maintained. Rooms are very well maintained & spacious too. Housekeeping is very good. Only a couple of improvement areas identified: 1. Elevators have smoking smell most of the times which needs to be addressed for a better experience. 2. In room dining & restaurant food delivery service can be improved, wait time is a bit higher most of the times. Otherwise, it's an excellent property to stay in satara.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cosy. We had an issue with the break fast servings. We had informed the management that we shall be delayed a little bit post 10:30 am. Although the management did keep the buffet open for the first servings they were too swift to clear the counters and while doing so they didn't show any courtesy of asking us if we need any thing else. There were many items in the serving trays which were taken away without allowing us to have a second serving.

Everything was good except couple of things. Bathroom door was not at all designed properly in terms of its utility and objective. Moreover it was not functioning properly. Who provides such a pathetic sliding door for a bathroom ? also the light inside the bathroom above mirrors were not working properly. They were just blinking. Did not have time to call and get it repaired in the morning. Rest rooms were spacious enough and the service, food was good.

We stayed for 1 night at fern. It was a good experience. Room was spacious and food was good. The The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra is centrally located so many sites were nearby. The only con was that whole night there was some noise coming from outside at repeated intervals. We could not understand the origin and since we were too tired and it was just 1 night we didnt say anything to the The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra.

I recently stayed at fern and found the location to be excellent, offering easy access to highway. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, while the food quality was good. I believe that with some food quality & breakfast need to improve to match the high standard set by the The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra's location and brand name

Normally we go on this route almost every year and stay at the fern residency, satara and we are very happy with the The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra and we booked with mm t which is excellent experience till now.

The stay was really good and the restaurant food also was really good. Property was also good. But i was a little disappointed with the restaurant staff(night. They were not even bothered to take the order, clean the table. Staff was not even entertaining the customer. But morning staff was really nice. I would recommend this The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra to others.

I stayed at fern for the first time with my parents and was pleasantly surprised. We were hoping for a clean and relaxing room to rest after a long road trip, and the room was exactly what we needed. The room was larger than expected for three people, extremely neat, clean, and hygienic, the amenities included water, a kettle, tea packets and a clean loo. The staff was also friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Location is good with spacious/ample Conservative staff but cooperative.Comfortable stay & rooms with electronic DND button present,affordable laundry. Number of staff less compared to this level staff but they were able to manage show with less staff. Absence of Spa,Gym, Swimming Pool etc,and hence The Fern Residency, Satara Maharashtra room charges are costly with no extra facilities at all.

I love the ambience, can make the room night like by closing the curtains completely. Shiv was a great receptionist helping on may queries with highest hospitality that i have experience. The dinner was very good. It was a very pleasant stay overall.
