He has not given comparative rooms next time we not booked

Worst experience. Do not believe the mentioned . When we visited the hotel was like a doom and rooms were full of smoke smell and not the same as uploaded in photos.

Good place for stay * the best part is it's location centrally located & very co operative staff parking facility added feature drawback is in-house restaurant absent & bathrooms has to be redone.

No windows, pigeon came inside the room at night, charged 500 for 2 hours early check-in despite requesting for it in prior, cleaning staff kept disturbing in the morning for some broom which was not even in the room, didn't let us sleep properly

I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone, this is one of the worst hotel i’ve ever seen. This hotel get a experience like staying in some hotel like 500-600rs. Rooms are not clean, bathrooms are stinky, water linkage. Hotel staffs are not helpful. Windows are always opened.

We had booked and paid for a non ac deluxe room. The room was in second floor very very small for the amount. Anyways it was peak season so will not complain on the price. The entire room had only one charging point. Bedspread was filthy. The bathroom was stinky and no towel or toiletry were given. The window in the room was broken. It started raining in the night and all the rain water flooded inside the room drenching our kit bag. The stay was really bad and not worth the money paid

This hotel is ideal if you are planning to stay in the city center of mysore. Rooms are of descent size, bathrooms are clean. Few problems of-course like for our bathroom flush was defective, and drinking water was not served, taps only throw hot water in the begining and you need to wait for 10 mins then normal water flows. But overall if you are planning for a short stay and prepared to ignore a few issues then hotel is good for the price. They have lift and good restaurants nearby. Railway and bus station is very near. Just don't expect 5 star luxury and get disappointed here. It's normal place with normal amenities.

Low lightning, water soaking walls, no room service, tv not working, very noisy fan, no cloth hangers or wall hooks. Very bad experience

I reached around 10pm. No one at reception, i waited 15 mins for manager and then he just verified the details and went. I asked few questions about room and services but manager did not reply and left the hotel.

We reached on 4th of oct at around 3pm, when enters in the room, there is no water, no soap, bedsheets are dirty. No service after asking water 2-3 times only they sent in night

I stayed here almost a decade back with my wife once. Experience was a avg. This time i was traveling solo, so decided to put up there. The property have detoriated, rooms are in shady condition. Window glass was broken in one of them. Ac was so noisy, must be heard at-least 10k away. Entire premises was dirty. Add to that, they made wait till 4 pm to check in, as they had given the room to someone else

Interior arrangements are not proper all stuffs are hiding behind the curtain. Necessary things managements not arranging during the check-in, always we have to seek them for the utility's like towels, water bottles and tv etc.

There is no proper maintenance in this hotel. Bathroom was very worst to use. Late check in and late check out not allowed for online booking. Even tv and fan are not in good condition
