Was good and relaxed. Need to work on quality of food and options. Washroom was too small and compact

The property is nice at a quiet location where you can hear peace with a nice view, clean rooms and helpful staff. It is a 1 km walk to Leh market . The food available is mostly indian so for local cuisines I ate from cafes in the market area.

Very nice luxury property, rooms are warm, excellent stay, staffs behavior awesome front office, restaurant, service team everyone great effort.

This is the best hotel I ever visited. Best stay in my life with family. The staff and management care and hospitality is marvellous and speechless. Me ,my wife and daughter 2 yrs old were sick with hight altitude. We had a several breathing problems. But the kitchen department and reception department. They care us like a family. Best staff. They provide oxygen and medicine time to time. And kitchen provide everything what we need. Everyone did special care to us. Food is awesome. Ambience is awesome. They have everything what we neeed. Better to stay here anyone when they visit to Leh Ladakh. But don't visit Indus Valley Resort in Leh. Worst people and hotel. I don't recommend indus valley resort. Thank you

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Their rooms are very comfortable and clean, with proper bathroom amenities. Food was really good and great value for money, i must say. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and their services were attentive and efficient. We had a great time at the hotel. Loved the property and the surroundings, it's located just 5-10min far from the main market. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and we'll surely come next year.

Excellent service and amazing staff. The rooms and the property is nice with best views of the mountains, highly recommended for everyone. The food in the hotel is good in taste and quality. Even if your departure is early they give good food packets as per your needs.

Beautiful new property, very hospitable, near to many tourist places, great food.

Hotel have serious problems of central heating and electricity backup. Staff also not available at night. At nights it becomes a zombies hotel.

Overall, a suitable hotel - with some deficiencies like well known as in other hotels.

Hotel Gawaling is highly recommended. The staff is extremely friendly and do their best to ensure that you feel as much at home as possible. We arrived early, at about 7 am, but they let us into our rooms even though we were due to check in at noon - naturally the rooms were already available. One of our party fell sick and the staff arranged for medicines and helped us through it, and we were not charged for any of this. I would definitely stay there again when I am in Leh.

No medical facilities, rooms were not heated in such cold weather.

In future please do not book for those hotel , which do not have basic facility. Power supply available only 6 hrs , no generator . At temperature of 2 degree , their is no continuous hot water supply .
