Terrible Stay
Very very bad. I entered in the hotel at 2. 00 pm. First they given me executive room which is below than my booking, thereafter on asking shifted to garden room, but in the room air conditioner was not properly working and despite several requests even from manager they did nothing. My money is wasted

Enjoyed stay

Terrible Stay
The hotel does not have required manpower hence you need to wait for 15-20 minutes for everything or you need to call 2-3 times to front desk for same thing. Moreover the restaurant services are worst i have seen in any 3 star hotel. Its better to go for ramada or radissor if you are a person who dont like to wait for things.

Good Stay
It was a wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and polite. It will be good to have a coffee shop and bar in future and few activities to do since they have beautiful property but the option of a few activities would be nicer.

There is a power cut in the room every 5 minutes and when I asked guest service they said that it is not our mistake but it is power house problem,
The experience at the front deck was not good, they have to know how to talk to the customer and how to greet them, the whole staff looked like crying, the room was not good, pillow cover was blood stain AC was not working, and also shower door was not closing and the food was also not good, I ordered garlic bread which was overcooked. And the staff there was not caring about anyone, they were all busy in themselves and just talking among themselves , may be this hotel only for wedding

Excellent Stay
The Grand Nirvana Bareilly is a luxury property with a rich exuberance. It is tastefully developed and has a ROYAL AURA about it. The entry, the lawns, the lighting, the rooms are all exquisitely styled. Add to that courteous and prompt service by staff and the kitchen serves tasty food and delicacies. It's a treat away from home in Bareilly Aerocity. Actually would want to visit it again.

A very beautiful hotel, lovely exteriors, interiors, large rooms with lovely furniture. Food is a bit costly, breakfast is good and great spread. Efficient service and responsive front desk. I like the staff very hospitable and helpful

Nice property on the outer of cit
Property location is on the outer nainital road. Rooms are great and decor wise nice hotel. Had a poor experience with room service though - ordered one type of soup, was delivered another one. Other than that pleasant stay. Reasonable breakfast spread
