Pleasant stay beside some little things.

It's a very good property in every aspect apart from meal credit policy. I have never seen a small portion of paneer dish and laccha parantha was just like a puri. They should not give meal credit as they don't want to do it willfully. This such big property should get out of this cheap mentality.

Kudos to the staff members, in making our stay a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent at this beautiful property. The rooms are big in size and gives you a very positive vibe. The food, location, hospitality and in-house separate parking is matchless. The view from the rooms is serene and scenic. Every evening, they organise tea and snacks for their guests at their lawn area, at no cost. Tea and milk ordered in the night between a specified period, is also free of cost. The breakfast spread is large and sumptuous. The hotel is highly recommended, if you are looking forward to have a matchless stay with sumptuous food, scenic beauty and polite and prompt staff. 100/100 on all parameters.

Located at the peaceful and serene location of Kasauli, Bara Bungalow is one of the best stay in Kasauli.

I liked the hospitality and the room. Would have been better if the food variety and availability was up to the mark.

Nice location. With a good view from harden, being a new hotel was very clean and tidy. Food preparation was nice.

Had a stay for 3 days and two nights at the resort. The property is beautifully built with the finest details. The staff people were so much courteous and well behaved and tried their best to provide us with a comfortable stay. The food quality was excellent. Quite near the Mall Road, where one can enjoy shopping. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

First of all the nice things: Awesome room, very clean, great view out very nice bathroom that was spotlessly clean. Most service staff are very happy to help you Free coffee/tea/snacks in the evening. Ample parking space Now the not so great things. Please take these constructively: Portions for certain things like rice are tiny both in room and at the restaurant. Please increase their sizes. Some portion sizes are inconsistent too e.g I ordered two plates of chilli chicken. One had 8 chicken pieces while the other had just 4. Breakfast spread was supposed to be ready at 8. We went at 8:45 and nothing was ready Next day we went an hour later but things were almost the same, maybe somewhere better. The staff at the restaurant is untrained one table rejected an omelette as it was raw and the same was presented to us immediately. I had to blast the staff for this.

Every thing is good but breakfast omelet is non cook every time.

It was an amazing experience. Nice hotel. Nice food. Nice staff. Everything is good about this place. Will recommend this to whoever goes to Kasauli.

Location: Excellent location. Very near to mall road. We walked our ways through a trail to mall road. It hardly took 10 min to reach. It is a bit away from the hustle bustle of mall road and yet very conveniently located. Property: Excellent property. The view from their lawn is mesmerizing. The property is extremely clean and hospitality is top class. I was very touched but their gesture when their GM came to greet us while leaving and gave us some refreshments for our return journey to Delhi. For sure I am going to come back to this property whenever I am in Kasauli. Please keep up the good work guys.

It was really nice stay at Bara Bungalow. The staff was really courteous and service was also very good. It has very classy furniture and interiors. Really impressed with the hospitality. Would love to visit again.
