Highly highly recommend... The stay was amazing, the hotel was clean and well located in center with everything available near like a fuel pump, cafes,etc ...food was delicious at the hotel restaurants and the best part was the host - they were kind and friendly, always smiling greeting and one call away for anything... Hoping to stay again in future

1. The room’s fan was making noise for lack of maintenance. Could not sleep properly due to this. 2. Restaurant was awfully smelling. Very unhygienic.

The stay was full of inconvenience. Acs were not working, staff was incapable and impolite in managing the issues, the food taste was under average, the breakfast buffet comprised only 3 items. Special mentioning of their staff kalpesh. I complained him of ac not working at 2:30 am, after hearing my issue, he did not bother to solve the issue. He hanged the phone. After waiting for an hour that he would take an action, i had to go downstairs to ask him for a different room. Ge was in deep sleep, phone receiver was kept aside so that i should not bother him in sleep. It was a terrible stay.
