The operations at the hotel comes to a halt at 9:30pm. I was unable to get a cup of hot water for tea at 10:00pm, as the room kettle had not been cleaned for a long time and the kitchen/ room service in inaccessible post that. The same towel was provided for the first two days of my stay. I can tell as it had a big hole in the middle. Requesting management to look into the affairs of the hotel closely to improve customer service. Thanks.
