As the flight was already delayed and we reached Mumbai late

Good location, property is also good but they don’t know what Hospitality means ! The place was dirty, sheets dirty, filthy loos. Construction was happening on-site - very loud sounds. Early morning I heard staff and other people screaming at each other loudly , putting on very loud NEWS. So night and morning both times sleep was disturbed. Electricity went and they did not get the back up on till you asked them to, there is no room service as they never answer the phone at the reception so you have to call them on mobile or go calling yourself. There is no tea option in the room just one kettle is kept there. There was no drinking water either till I had to ask for it. There caretaker was very good and he kept trying to make up for the disaster this venue is and I actually advised them that if they cleaned this place and became more professional then this would actually be a good option to stay! However, for now this was a terrible experience which I would advise people to avoid and I am disappointed that MMT Black is suggesting such experiences to me!

Hotel is at good location. Staff's behaviour is awesome. But sound of construction is dist-rub you. Poperty is neat and clean

Building Under Construction 🏗️, Loud Noises, Labourers Walking Around, Dirty Corridors, Construction Stains on the Outside walls, room not cleaned prior to check in even though called the property manager well in advance in phone and on WhatsApp, Loud noises in the midnight hard to sleep well. Only one caretaker working as all in one - Receptionist, house keeping, kitchen and cleaning poor guy was trying his best but the place is just not ready to recieve any guests at the moment. We had a late check in at 11 PM and to my horror once we checked in the room was not cleaned at all. The bedsheet had holes and pink stains on it and there was hair on the Floor. When asked for cleaning I was told it's too late. I mean we already told them that we are checking in late and communicated in advance and even then room was not cleaned. This is highly unprofessional. I was told that room will be cleaned next day at 8 am, then at 8 am we were told that no fresh sheets are available as they ALL are dirty and they are waiting for fresh sheets to be delivered from laundry. Only at 2 PM the next day the sheets were changed and room cleaned. And the building is so under construction...... Will not recommend to anyone till the property is finished and owners invest in manpower and materials.

The stay in "the kashi inn" was superb. The landlord, hotel owner and caretaker dharmendra were all very courteous, hospitable and ever-helping. The rooms were comfortable, warm, cosy. It was a home outside home. Besides, for an overburdened city like banaras and the proximate accessibility to bhu, assi, sankatmochan, durga kund, manas mandir, ramnagar and other places worth visiting, the fare was not too heavy on the pocket. Parking of big vehicles was a bit tedious. But the street could be used for this purpose without posing that much of a problem; banaras, on the whole, is a city where one should shed one's frills of glamour and grandeur to travel as a common pilgrim on foot or available modes like boats, rickshaws, city buses or tempos to enjoy the real stay. I give the *homestay* a big thumbs up and five stars and also recommend it to any visitor endeavoring to travel solo or with family as a common visitor.

The home stay was very comfortable. The support staff was caring, polite, and efficient. The rooms were clean and the bedsheets were fresh. The approach to the homestay could be an issue for those not using google maps. Overall, it is a very good property in terms of comfort, economic, and facilities being provided.
