My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided on time. The food quality and service were both outstanding. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Awesome Stay at Landmark, best business class Hotel at Chhatarpur. Rooms was Good service was good, My only advice is that you should increase the variety in breakfast.

Stayed at Landmark Hotel, Chhatarpur – overall disappointing experience. Location on Google Maps was confusing, reception area had lots of flies and mosquitoes, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, no swimming pool, and breakfast was tasteless and poorly served.

the hotel is located right in the center of town so it's easy to go anywhere from there. The facilities are all new and clean including a rooftop restaurant and another restaurant your breakfast is served. the service was also prompt however it was spotty in some cases- when he asked for the internet password the front desk especially insisted that they have given the right password. later we found that the bus was actually different. hot water also an issue especially in the evening since we couldn't get it to come through even after turning even after they turned all the taps on. there's even a point in the morning when hot water completely stopped in the shower. apart from these minor issues though we did like the hotel overall- staff was friendly and food in the restaurant was good.

Average Stay at Landmark. The cooling of the AC was not good, the main door was not locking, I asked the staff to change the room but they said the room was not clean, so I was compelled to keep him in the same room.

The location and amenities of The landmark are really good. it has two restaurants that serve really nice food (I tried Veg only, that too without onion & garlic)

Hotel Landmark is situated in middle of city with broad roads on all sides, very good courteous staff, big rooms, roof top restaurant was great for a casual business meeting. lift was functional. we checked in at 2 am in night, but got very humble welcome. They provide extra space for Driver too

The staff was very rude and not customer oriented. Didn't explain hotel policy before check in. Overall pathetic service.

It was overall a very pleasant stay, room was very good, clean and beautiful. Also, their room service was impressive, the food was so tasty, send they provided very good complimentary breakfast. I was very happy with the stay. And, happily have check out, but after 1-2 hrs, i got a call from them saying, i have teared their bed sheet and was asking for money. I told them, it was teared before even i arrived and non intentionally, my mistake, my leg got stuck in the hole, and it further teared the bed-sheet. They blamed me anyway. For that i have cut 1 point.
