We were in leela to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary and trust me the The Leela Palace Jaipur authorities did their best to make us feel special. Utkarsha guided us well with the formalities, the activities we were entitled to and personally guided us to our room. On our special request she even made a reservation in their exclusive restaurant mohan mahal. The experience of having a 4 course meal in mohan mahal was surreal. The intricate interior of only mirrors along-with candle lit in each and every corner makes the ambience unforgettable. A special mention to mr. Akhilesh who took all possible efforts to make our dining experience in mohan mahal once in a lifetime kinda experience. The room was comfy and room service was pretty prompt. Overall i would say the property, their services, ambience, hospitality. All deserves a 5 star rating

Our stay at the leela was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Mr. Lalit, the manager at the leela, upgraded our room and even gave my son a gift at checkout, which felt like the cherry on top. The entire staff is very helpful and cooperative. From the moment you arrive to the time you check out, they are dedicated to making you happy at any cost. The high tea and buffet are both excellent, and overall, our experience was outstanding. The swimming pool, bicycles, and cultural activities keep you so busy within the resort that you have a great time. The beautiful white property and lush green gardens are very captivating. Mr. Lalit ensured that our stay at the leela was comfortable and enjoyable.

I will definitely go again. The food, the hospitality and the staff were all outstanding! we had an uber personalised service from the house keeping staff ravi and other staff in the buffet rohit and manoj ji were super attentive. Chef pushpinder prepared special meals for us and his food was scrumptious to say the least. The guest experience manager mr vatsalya did more than justice to his title as he made our experience extra special by upgrading us and regularly checking in with us about our stay. He left no stone unturned in making our stay memorable. All in all it’s a one stop shop for the great india's hospitality, delectable food, and staff’s willingness to elevate the guests’ experience.

Leela jaipur is the best place to visit in jaipur. The entire team is super amazing and gives a wow experience. The stay and experience in leela jaipur was magical. It was very difficult to bid farewell to the lovely property and the team of the lovely property is the soul of this brand. Opting for jaipur leela this time around, we were met with the same rejuvenating experience. The staff, notably mr. Janmayjai singh, provided extraordinary care throughout our stay. Ms. Sanchari at the front office and mr. Sangam in the restaurant displayed remarkable courtesy and hospitality. We certainly look forward to returning to leela. The property is one of the most beautiful property in jaipur, even the restaurants mohan mahal exudes royalty. The beautiful candlelight restaurant is one of the best and served authentic rajasthan food. Since we visited for our anniversary, the The Leela Palace Jaipur staff was courteous to double upgrade our room and served an anniversary cake, fruits, all free of charge. The food at buffet dinner was scrumptious specially the lal maas. Overall a wonderful stay, lovely hospitality. We would love to stay at this property every-time we visit jaipur.

We found this property and when we saw this it look like super cool. Food was very good and because we book villa so we got lot of complimentary item. Great experience while exploring five star properties in india.

Our staycation was awesome, everything was perfect in the leela palace. However, the food can be improved a little by asking the guests their city. We ae from delhi so we prefer spicy food. Other than that everything was perfect.
