Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They were courteous, responsive, and always willing to help with a smile. Facilities/Amenities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) The resort offered a wide range of amenities including restaurants, a spa. Value for Money: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) Considering the quality of service, amenities, and location, the price we paid was definitely worth it. We had an amazing experience and would gladly return.

It is a little bit far from the mg market, but taxis are readily available just outside the The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa, providing convenient access to mg market or any other attractions. The north sikkim taxi stand is very close to this The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking. A truly memorable experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa. Everything about the The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa is very good. From the room sightseeing view was really impressed. It's restaurant is very large and well maintained but lunch and dinner items are too costly even i took breakfast additionally with The Loft Norling Hotel & Spa rent. The breakfast was too good.
