The positives 1. I stayed in this The Oakwood Hotel for 8 nights and it was quite pleasant and comfortable. Prices are affordable for the The Oakwood Hotel rating. It’s definitely a higher quality standard at an affordable price. 2. The staffs are very welcoming and cooperative. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant, all staff were pro active and had a quick response time. 3. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. They have ceiling fan and ac available which makes it easy to maintain the temperature we want. 4. Delicious breakfast daily with different variety. Idle and fruits remain constant but other dishes change on daily basis. Hot toast and tea coffee is served on request. The negatives 1. Wi-fi connectivity is slightly poor. After having full bars on our devices, it doesn’t deliver that speed. High quality videos take time to buffer and heavy files take a while to download.

The staff at the front office were warm, polite & efficient. The room & wash room were clean. The breakfast spread, while not being fancy, had good options and was well prepared. I would suggest that the The Oakwood Hotel fit a hand sprayer in the toilet. Dental kit should be provided without asking for it. The The Oakwood Hotel should display the list of intercom numbers in the room.

Stayed during the period 10th to 12th may'22. It is a simple The Oakwood Hotel with spacious and clean rooms which are quite well maintained. Location of the The Oakwood Hotel is close to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice of items. Staff behavior was very courteous and service very prompt. Overall a very good experience.

Oakwood is a basic no frills The Oakwood Hotel. It has clean rooms, spotless linen, bedsheets and towels, clean bathrooms. It was value for money with a pretty extensive veg breakfast included. All in all a good experience. We stayed for just one night. Comfortable mattress and pillows and ac worked well too. All in all it ticked all the boxes for us.

Hotel is located in hear of the city, comparatively the The Oakwood Hotel room was bigger. Bed linen and towels perfectly clean and tidy. Washroom was small, but perfectly clean and every stuff was perfectly placed. Staff was supportive and prompt. I wished ac had better cooling and the mini fridge would have worked. This The Oakwood Hotel is located at very prime location and very close to fergusson college and coaching institutions. Very neat and clean, rooms are spacious, staff are very cooperative. They have allowed for early check in and keep our luggage in clock room for almost 7 hours of checkout. Very delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at the oakwood The Oakwood Hotel. The location is the most helpful especially for ladies to do their shopping. All places of interest are nearby viz cafe goodluck, fc road, jm road all within 5 min walk. The room is huge in terms of space. Each has a sofa cum bed. Parking is also available.

Excellent location, easy access, good comfort level, neat & clean, courtesy staff, well maintained room, overall very good experience. The only area of improvement is breakfast. No juice was served, food variety was limited, space for sitting is small. But if i ignored breakfast, it was an excellent experience.

The The Oakwood Hotel is being refurnished. Lingering smell of paint was around. Plumbing was not working. So was tv. Staff was pleasant and attentive

We travel-led as a family for my conference. So we didn't needed to stay whole day in The Oakwood Hotel, and for this this The Oakwood Hotel is good at this price. Food quality is good, but not in varities. But overall good!

The double occupancy superior room was nicely maintained. Only, the spring loaded mattresses need to be replaced by more modern better ones for good sleep and spine-care. The room locks could be key-less. On the whole: excellent experience.
