Superb view, superb service we stayed for 2 nights. Totally loved the experience. We got one mountain view room and one back view. The mountain view room had an amazing view of lush green valley and snow capped mountain. Very good amenities. Food was quite good. Service was superb. Every The Pahalgam Pines staff went out of their way to help us whenever we needed anything. A big thanks to the manager omer bashir. The The Pahalgam Pines is towards beta-ab valley, around 3kms away from the main market. If you prefer to stay in a busy market area then pahalgahm pines may not be the ideal experience for you. Although you will get a small market within 200 meters. We wanted a less crowded area, but at the same time we preferred 5-10 mins commute to market for any emergency. Pahalgahm pines perfectly met our requirement. 4

Beautiful location with valley view ! Delicious Home style cooked food made by pre order only. Small n cosy cottage style living, quiet and serene, out from typical touristy The Pahalgam Piness/ resorts. We stayed for 3 nights at the loft level family room with 2 bedrooms. The rooms were clean, fully carpeted, beds with electric blankets. Just that they need to take care about their electricity and hot water system. There were some issues with hot water daily. Rest each penny worth staying here. 5 stars for the property ! All staff were very courteous and were at service at any time we asked for. Special thanks to Omer Bashir, Chef Javed for yumilicious food - kashmiri dum aloo on request, butter chk for kids on request. Thankyou Pahalgam Pines ! 😊

Pros : beautiful location, nice rooms, excellent service, very helpful The Pahalgam Pines management. Small boutique The Pahalgam Pines nestled on a hilltop - gives you the feel of being in a hill station. Electrically heated beds gives comfort in sleeping during the cold. Cons : - rooms do not have inbuilt heating system. Heaters are gas based which smells a lot - water heater keeps going off and you need to call staff to get it started again. This is quite uncomfortable - limited menu on dinner all in all, enjoyed the stay at pahalgam pines and the credit goes to the management and all the staff - they were all so so so helpful. Kudos to all of them

We reached pahalgam pines after a gruel-ling 6 hours drive from gulmarg and once we reached, it was a fine stay from day 1. Right from the cozy room to courteous hosts, everything was great at the The Pahalgam Pines. They do need to however, improve a bit on their food quality but overall we had a great stay there. The market is a 5- 10 min walk from the The Pahalgam Pines. The staff was very disciplined and well mannered. The services were quick. Good washroom, good amenities. They even provided us dinner quite late as well, when the kitchen was almost closed. Highly recommended!

The The Pahalgam Pines is very new and its just outside of market and sits little up looking at the valley. Location is excellent and rooms are spacious and with great view, great service and you have everything you need with 24hr power backup and hot water, and owner of the property sit at location and he is always there for any needs. Overall one of the best places to stay in phalgham without a doubt without spending fortune. .
Hotel is new and its maintaining excellent safety standards with sanitation and staff wearing mask and temperature check. You felt safe always.

We enjoyed the stay as the food was amazing and view was superb, staff was very good. Just 1 thing I didn’t like that they gave the ground floor room in which our view of pine trees and mountains were blinded a little by there own hut and ground floor had less privacy. The prices should be different for those rooms and the expectation should be set the same while booking the room. Rest it was a very good stay. They even didn’t charge for the Kehwa we ordered which was but good and replaced it too. Overall good experience👍🏻.

The The Pahalgam Pines was super clean everwhere, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The mattress was soft, there is a water kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. The food wass good, we had breakfast and dinner there, and also some snacks in the afternoon and drinks. Also worth noting is the nice garden and the view from the rooms facinh towards the garden, from the lounges on each level and the balcony on the 2nd level. We were positively surprised by this The Pahalgam Pines and would definitely recommend it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Pahalgam Pines. Everything about the The Pahalgam Pines was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful property free from hustle bustle crowds as well as very near to daily needs. Perfect place to enjoy pahalgam.

The property is around 2km from the pahalgam market. Situated at a walking distance from lidder river. Awesome views. Dinner is good. Breakfast can be improved. They provide you heater if required. Welcome drink kahwa on arrival

I would highly recommend this The Pahalgam Pines to anyone. The room was spotless, and the staff, especially um-er and his team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the food was delicious. They were also very accommodating of our special requests. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
