The Palm Residency - Neikarapatti Salem

We booked for 3 people but provided a single room without extra bed and even if they provide extra matress also there is no space lay in floor, too many mosquitoes, closet flush not working properly. Overall rating 2 out of 5

Stay is Good with clean room, bathroom and Good AC. can't expect more out of this on a Highway residency. No wifi, Lifts and complimentary breakfast because it's a kind of lodge setup on a Salem -Coimbatore Highway but you have A2B just downstairs. so had a decent Breakfast and a nice break on the mid of our travel. would recommend as a stopover place to take nice rest and resume your journey.

I stayed at Palm Residency Neikaranpatti of Salem outskirts. It was a pleasant stay. But there was a slight confusion between two hotels with the same name at 6 km apart. And there is no lift at neikaranpatti. Other than that everything else was good. Hot water, AC, parking … all r comfortable. Space is too compact. Could hv been little extra. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

i stayed here for 2 nights. No lift facility., online booking they alloted room on 2nd floor., After a long time request, we were allotted room in the first floor. No ventilation., No window. we were suffocating. i couldn't understand., how could hotel rooms are permitted without even a small window., if any fault in AC., no way we could escape., out of suffocation.. Very horrible experience. Next time i would never ever choose this hotel., nor recommend to anyone.

1. Property location on national highway with A2B restaurant.

The room is good ..very good ambience...They are providing all facilities AC,Heater, Mosquito repellent,Soap,Water bottle and towel .. ambient car parking with A2B hotel in ground floor..

Rooms are clean Towels need to be clean better Door lock has issue Rest Room should be more cleaner

Good location and the room size is very large, A2B restaurant also is there, car parking everything is available in the property

Rooms are very small. The bathroom is full of hard water strains. Only positive is the location, which is nearby highway

Me and family booked this property based on our previous experience, however this time it was a disaster. This was a stop over for us to have few hours sleep, however couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes and bed bugs.. had a tough time.. will not go back to this place

lunch or dinner no problem, A2B bhavan is there. good rooms. Morning tea upto 7am , not possible. AC is available

We only stayed for the night and found it to be not very clean. The fan had too much dust on it and TV set top box also was not functional. Bathroom was also not very clean with lot of hard water stains. For the cost of the room I guess one can only expect so much. Since it was just intended as a place to sleep for us it was okay but if I am planning to spend more time in Salem then I would not opt for this hotel. A2B is close by which is a benefit but for us this time we checked out early in the morning and so could not avail it. If you just need a place to crash for the night while driving then it works out as a decent deal.

Location of the property is good. Plenty of Mosquitoes are there. There is big gap in bath room door in bottom level. mosquitoes are coming through bathroom door only. Better to put mosquito net in bathroom vent to avoid.There's no room service person and not a proper receptionist. There's no wifi facility. yesterday night around 9 PM, I asked for wifi password, the person in charge refused. Most important thing that , there is no lift. We are forced to climb steps to reach second floor. Without room boy, it's quite inconvenient to carry our luggage. Not at all satisfied. Need more improvement.

It is positioned on the highway which is good. Less noise. Hotel has no lift. Room is bit small for the price. Bed sheets has water marks or stains. overall impression is that it is ok for solo travellers who need to sleep and go. pricing is higher for the amenities provided.

Very pathetic service and support this time. A year back, it was a good experience and thought of staying at the same place while travelling this time as well. Cleanliness, support and all are completely gone. The bathroom and all are not at all maintained. Even tooth brush / paste which was supposed to be a standard part of the hotel service, was not there and they charged 10 rupees for a small paste tube. No one supported the luggage movement. Leakage and all at the closet and bathroom taps. Horrible experience and will never suggest this to any one further and will never stay again. Spoiled the complete mood of the trip! Pathetic...

talking too much rules. so only am not prefer to stay these kind of cheap behaviour hotels. uncertainly i stayed here.

Actually we are from Coimbatore, had to attend a wedding at Salem. This property was very accessible on the highway road. It was an excellent stay, parking facilities ample. Very clean and calm place to stay. Well maintained. And the restaurant Adyaar Anand bhavan in same campus, Food very delicious and tasty. Our next plan also to stay there and refer to our friends too.
