This The Pristine Hotel is really pristinely maintained. A modern The Pristine Hotel with upmarket rooms. It becomes a pleasant surprise after getting down from a train and seeing the surroundings and keeping one's fingers crossed on what to expect. The reception, the speed of checking in, the cleanliness is very satisfying. The bathrooms and toilets are impeccably maintained. The room was not cramped and had very good set of furniture. I spent only overnight and did not use the restaurant but looking at their efficiency i don't expect anything less. Checkout was smooth. No payment hassles as i had booked and prepaid. Got it cheaper. This is as good as an upmarket The Pristine Hotel in delhi or bangalore.

Rooms are well equipped and staff is courteous. Lobby is too small. Staff must replenish all consumable items after guest leaves as i could not found slipper, shoe shiner etc. There is left / right fitment issue of most washroom fittings, needs re fitment. Curtains in room should be light blocked and not the one fitted. Dinning hall has a good view at 9th floor, variety of breakfast was also good, staff at dinning hall required to be trained as they are lacking in good conduct expected at good The Pristine Hotels.

It's a premium The Pristine Hotel at a great location in kanpur. Although the rooms are priced dearly, the service and the quality makes up for the premium. The property seems to be newly constructed, so the rooms have a contemporary design and modern furnishings. The staff is very considerate and accommodative. They are approachable even in the middle of the night and try their best to assist the guests. I had a great experience and would recommend this The Pristine Hotel to everyone.

My stay in pristine was fantastic. They are very caring and soft spoken. Rooms are so so good, neat, clean and first class. They address the issue immediately. Food is little disappointing tastewise. Also i request them to provide hot water facility throughout the day as i reached around 3 pm afternoon. Had to wait for half an hour, because they said they have boilers. But overall it was the safest the best. I highly recommend it. Staff is so good.

It's an amazing, very high service standards. Particularly impressed by the front desk staff, purnima and yash. They facilitated a pretty early check-in. Bell boys rakesh and abhishek were very helpful. F&b team is amazing. Tamarind, their restaurant on the 9th has one of the most beautiful views of the city. The soon to be opened lounge has a beautiful terrace view of the city, specially at night. Thing that amazed me was their service standard.

Were not expecting the ambience and the quality of service that we expirenced during our 4 day family stay. Everything surpassed our expectations. The breakfast spread was generous and varied and the food was delicious-each time, and at in room dining too. Going back again after 2 months, to kanpur, and our place of stay is going to be the pristine, by unanimous choice

My wife and i stayed at the pristine The Pristine Hotel for two nights on a weekend getaway to kanpur and we really enjoyed it! the The Pristine Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious! and the location isn't bad, either. It is within walking distance of the moti j heel park area. We will be coming back to stay again in a few months!

service was oky oky 1st day service is good but 2 day stay service is 😢 becz i oder dinner 10:30 PM but received in room 12:00 PM. at bathroom side DOOR MAT not provided by The Pristine Hotel it's so irritating . staff behaviour is very polite. i want to give 5 star's for staff but oly for professional behaviour but manegement is oky oky.

Excellent facility and well maintained and courteous staff and good food. Keep up the good work and would love to come back more often and stay for a relaxing break with friends and family.

Overall service is very good. But the swimming pool is very small , adults can't enjoy swimming. children will enjoy but they don't provide any floating materials.

The stay was wonderful, and the service exceeded my expectations. Honestly, i didn't anticipate such exceptional service. Additionally, they upgraded me to a deluxe room which was amazing.

Stayed for the first time, the property is new and everything is very clean and sparkling! the competent pricing, the customised food by chef ravi and the pleasant upgradation to a better room only added more cherries to the cake! definitely my next abode!
