Great stay. Pros - the rooms were neat and clean. - the place was pretty spacious. - the caretaker was also friendly. Cons - atlthough the cupboards & the drawers required some cleaning here and there. - the kitchen was not usable

Hi Sir, After staying for 2 days how can you ask for a refund. It is really disappointing to see your false review. Our check-in is at 12 PM, still we provided you early check in as well.

Yaaa i'm satisfied with the property. I was very hygiene and clean. All the amenities are available as they promised. Hospitality was polite. Smooth check in. And value for money. Place was quite calm far away from the chaos of the city. Room was cozy and comfortable.

There are few misleading or half information shown on your app. Make my trip should informed before that it's a bhk property, someone will stay at the hall of the bhk. There was no privacy, which is disappointing.

Dear Sir, we have 6 AC Bedrooms with attached bathrooms in each room. You can book rooms as a private room or as a 2bhk unit also. All the rooms have attached bathroom, AC, wardrobe, TV, etc. There is full privacy and safety.

it was spacious but very disappointed about the service and cleanliness...it was very dirty and unsatisfied ..booked for 3 nights but stayed only one night...wasted my money...โน๏ธ

Dear Ma'am, sorry for the inconveniences. But it is really disappointing to see your false review. You stayed for two days in my property, and as per discussion you said that you came for some medical work and since it is done you will leave on the 3rd day. Since you have done booking in non refundable category as policy refund cannot be processed.

Dear Ma'am, This is the first incident I have heard of the map, it might be due to some technical glitch. Also you have called me and I have personally shared the location and guided you to the place. Ma'am you have misunderstood the building name with the property name,Property is in the same name 'The purple homestay' you have booked. You could have asked us for any disconnect. Since you have done online booking, in the online booking voucher everything is mentioned. We cannot provide you with an additional Payment receipt or booking receipt until and unless you have done any offline booking. And regarding charges, since it is online booking everything is clearly mentioned in the booking portal and make my trip app. Again I would like to say, Please discuss if there is any disconnect during your stay. Quality stay at affordable price

Excellent coordination by the host. Cleared all doubts and was only a phonecall away. Caretaker was available at all times and was courteous. Soap, shampoo, towels, kitchen utensils, and other basic amenities are all provided. Room was spacious and had lots of cupboards. Bathroom was good as well. Geyser is provided for hot water. Location of homestay is good. Proximity to city center and bus stop means taxis fares are low. Also, there is a general store within 50m of the homestay so snacks can be easily purchased.
